Is this product compatible with any Wordpress version? The version I’m using is 4.0.1. Can I use the product with Wordpress 4.0.1? And if I update Wordpress it will still working?

Having an issue with exporting within the WooCommerce Order. Ticket: #378396 Since the recent spat of updates, including Woo, I’m getting a number of errors including:

• JSON could not be parsed. Go to wp-content/fancy_products_orders/pdfs and check if a PDF has been generated.
• Error: Please be sure that the images are hosted under the same domain and protocol, in which you are using the product designer!

This has just occurred since the recent updates. In short, although it displays the customers uploaded pic, it loses the selection when you hit the create button to export.

Please help as soon as you can.

Hi, great plugin : ) I have a quick question before purchasing… I am using the Flatsome Wordpress/Woo theme from Themeforest, link here: http://flatsome.uxthemes.com

This theme features a product page with a main product image and a scrolling product gallery underneath the main image. I’d like to keep the main product page exactly the way it is along with the way the main image and gallery thumbnails are displayed. I’d then like to use your plugin with the ‘Customise’ button to click through to the editing page. Once editing is complete the user then returns to the product page to add to cart and either the edited image is displayed or just the default product image.

Could you tell me if this is possible and if not easy for me to set up could you provide paid support?

I would like to have a few ‘saved- predefined layouts’ for certain genres able to be initialized and then edited by the user…

Hi I have a pre-sale question,

Is it possible to determine the DPI output for the downloadable PDF and the artwork being used in the Product Designer?

We want the artwork to print at 300DPI once it is submitted and for the user to be able to download the PDF at the same resolution.

We aren’t sure whether to choose the WooCommerce option or the jQuery option but if one is more functional than the other please let us know,

Since updating woocommerce your plugin doesn’t allow me to open a custom design a customer has created….???
