If you mean that the tracking Number should be emailed then it does so. Every email sent after adding tracking number will contain the tracking number in it.

Presale Question: Do I need to manually type in the tracking numbers, or will up to 5 tracking numbers auto populate from my easypost plugin. Currently, as I purchase labels from the woocommerce back end, via easypost, my tracking number auto populates into the tracking portion of the order screen.

Hello, With your plugin is there the option to use a non-trackable company? I’m thinking something along the lines of: “Canada Post Lettermail” and where tracking number is, instead put something like “No tracking available for this item; expect delivery in 3-7 business days”

Yes we have tested it with latest version of WooCommerce 2.3 and it doesn’t appear to be incompatible with it.
It does show the courier name and tracking number in Order list page.
And yes it was last updated in December 2013 as there has not been any incompatibility since then with WooCommerce and none of the changes to WooCommerce have been in conflict with the plugin.
Isnt this plugin exactly the same as the AFTERSHIP api which is given through a free account? What is the difference?

Well, check the link I included in my post above. It’s a service for packet delivery for the customer. They offer API’s to for integration. There are already several plugins for Magento, Joomla, ... I’m looking for a solution in Wordpress to integrate it in Woocommerce.

I have bought this plugin a while ago and never really used it. Does it support the Dutch language? instead of sending a dutch mail with english in it, I want it in full Dutch.

I just purchased and installed the shipping details plugin. I can enter the tracking # but the drop down menu where you would select shipping company says “no tracking”? I mainly use UPS and US Postal Service

As there is large number of couriers You need to select which couriers you need by Navigating to WordPress Settings => Shipping Details here you can select the courier you want to use and it will then appear in drop down on Order Page.

Hi there, I’ve come across an issue with the NZ Couriers, We need to enter two different codes as there is a Customer Label Number e.g “2522174” and then there is a consignment number e.g “1005310” and when I only enter one of these it won’t work. Is there a way to enter two codes to track a order?

You have to enter the tracking number as LH-1602541 separated by dash then the plugin automatically separates the two parts to create a tracking link.
Hi there, I’m not sure you understood my question. There is no “LH” to add to the tracking code as that doesn’t exist with in New Zealand. The two codes I provided above come out with every courier slip that we print out and then we put them into the link above – http://nzcouriers.co.nz/track_and_trace.html We only get a Customer Label number and a Consignment Number, the two numbers above are actual tracking numbers for one parcel and can be tracked but it won’t work via the plug-in. I’ve just looked again and I see that at the moment the plug-in is putting the information into the first lot of boxes under “Courier tickets / packs Track your item using your ticket’s product code and number” but I need the information to be put into the “Customer printed labels (incl. despatch IT labels) Track your item using your account and consignment numbers” boxes.
With this plugin I would like to use it in Ecuador where we have shipping companies that are not included with your plugin. So I would like to know if I can enter my own shipping company names and tracking numbers?
Also… after entering, will it be easy to send a new email to the customer notifying them that the tracking number has been added?

Yes it can be added. As for the process plugin comes with documentation explaining it.
Basically it would after shipping you will have to enter tracking number and select the shipping company and save the order this is it.
Once done customer can see these details in their my account section and emails.
