Please how can I merge two fields on a table into 1? That is, I have

Field 1 = First Name, (e.g. John) Field 2 = Surname (e.g. Smith)

I want it to automatically display a combined name into Field 3 = Full Name

Is there a way to set Field 3 to be equal to First Name & Surname so that Field 3 can display John Smith for example.
