I really love this gallery, bur I have a question / request. When I use the “PrettyPhoto” option, under each picture there is a link for the user to repost the image to Twitter or Facebook. Is there any way to add Tumblr and/or Pinterest also? Thank you.

prettyphoto is lightbox of 3d parts, so is not possible add thumblr or pinterest in this lightbox.

I really like the plugin a lot. But there is one thing i do not understand: When using the same plugin version with the same gallery-settings on two different themes, it looks totally different.
Like the “Photobox” is looking good on one site (with the play/pause and close buttons in the upper corners) and on the other it doesn’t (more like pretty photo).
Any ideas?
For me, even when I select “GRID” they thumbnails are laying out masonry style. Not sure what I am doing incorrect.
I have both portrait and landscape images, can the plugin crop them both to square? Can I only use Landscape images? There doesn’t seem to be a tutorial on how to make the grid work.
I tried to regenerate thumbnails.
Do the main images need to be a certain size? The client I am building the site for doesn’t have the real big images, but all are over 300px…

When I chose grid option, my thumbnails don’t have the same square format, some of them keep their native landscape orientation… I tried to use parameter size=”thumbnail” in the gallery code, but it stell doesn’t work, could you help me ?

for to see the shortcode gallery you need to click text in editor tab.
the shortcode structure is similar at this:

no.. thats not what im asking.. I have Multi Site enabled so i upload pictures on 1 theme and i want that shortcode to work on the other theme is this possible.. or i have to reupload all the pictures again..?

yes you need to upload in other site, because you created a post with image in site1 and this image not shared in other site network.
So you need to upload again the image.

- The photos seem to be much smaller, although the photos are 1500px on larger side. The vertical pics seem to be ok, but the landscape oriented pics seems to have squeezed.

for icon retina is support. for image we haven’t used 2x image. The image is managed from wp thumbs. If you want you can change default image size for create thumbnails (this change is possible via php code).

I’m looking for retina image support. Both thumbnail and lightbox need to be retina image but only when on a retina device. I really like this plugin, so this is a pity you don’t have this. 4k monitors are now available for retina is a basic requirement.
