I use a service getdropstream which will update all the information. Will it automatically send an email once the order is marked as complete by them, or do I have to manually enter the tracking myself?
Hi,
The plugin send the tracking details email and shows them on tracking page only if tracking number is present.
So if you are going to customer the orders flow by using their service to auto fill the tracking details then yes once the details are filled and order is marked complete the email sent after that will contain the shipping details.

We checked the url but ABX Express doesn’t support dynamic url. They require tracking numbers to be entered on their site only.

Quick pre-sale question:
If my shipment company is not supported, does this plugin just send tracking number via email without links or other misguiding details?
If so, I can place a link to a proper tracking page so the number alone would be sufficient (so no dynamic links but nonetheless an info about the package will be possible to find).

No it won’t send tracking number unless you have selected a proper courier. And yes you can edit the plugin to the info the way you want it.

Amazing plugin! We have been using it for a little over a year now and it has been working flawlessly! Works as advertised, easy to install and it has way more shipping providers than the other plugin we were planning on using. Just a quick note, the link for the USPS needs to be updated as the one currently being used is no longer working due to USPS’s recent website update. I only use about three shipping providers so this is the only one that I know of that needs to be updated. I have changed the link myself as USPS is the main shipping service our clients website uses. Thanks again for the amazing plugin!
