Pre Purchase Question: Can we also show Survey Entries through this plugin. Thanks!
I need to know if it’s possible to pre-filter results. I’d like to insert the table with only certain results.
Hallo? Anybody here?
Questions before purchase:
1. Is there a way for people to add themselves to this list, and there submission is held until admin approves it?
2. Can I use a dropdown for states? So it will only show the table for TX?
3. Can I
Looking for an answer soon on this. Thanks
Still no response from author on this.
Can I output this in my theme files without a do_shortcode?
I decided to go for this as it is so close to what I need, and it does seem to be.
I have things showing, but they are not in the order from Gravity Forms, but in the order the form was completed.
Now that I have tQuery, am I able to put one of the columns in alphabetical or date order?
I’m trying to get the first column to be in the correct order:
http://firstblood.book-tour.com/scheduletestIt couldn’t be just alphabetical order though, for instances when I could go from March to April.
I want to check if this plugin does what I need.
I need to show the results from a form with various columns, like the GF Post Fields example you have.
The main thing I need though, is for the first column, which will be from a drop-down menu, to be shown in the order that they are added, as these are dates, so they table will be shown in date order. It doesn’t matter whether the dates not yet selected are shown or not, as long as the ones which people have selected and completed the form are shown in the correct order.
Each of the dates will have only one entry.
Also, I have a field which is the website name and another field which is the website URL, is there a way to make the section that has the website name a link by using the website URL field?
Tquery “sorting alpha rows” don’t work, do you have support for this ? Two shortcodes gravitylist in one page bug, the button “update” for the second list became “add new”
Pre-purchase question: Is it possible to insert a list of entries on a page from all forms with a shortcode but only include the entries from the person who is currently logged in? Thanks.
Is it possible to get the payment status field included as well?
I read that updated forms turned the comments to disabled – have you fixed this bug?
Hi there,
I ran into an issue where File Upload field doesn’t retain previously submitted data after it’s updated for the second time.
So, when I upload the file via file upload field and submit the form, the form displays the previously uploaded file. But if I change any other data in the form (leaving the file intact) and submit the form again, the previously uploaded file is no longer there.
I’d appreciate if you could look into it. Thanks
File Upload with multiple files option doesn’t seem to be working either.
Just presale question. Is it possible to:
1. Send an email notification to a new list of emails once the same option is chosen? Let’s say Person A chooses RoomA, then Person B chooses RoomA again. Is it possible? so whenever there’s a new person who chooses the same room, the notification will be sent to another list of emails.
I think it’s possible, but not with this plugin. I can create a special plugin for this. Please contact me via the author-profile-page.
Hi, did u receive my reply?
I think there is a misunderstanding with the conditional logic fields.
Example :
Field 1 : Radio Button – Choice 1 = Man | Choice 2 = Women
If Field 1 is set to ‘Women’ the Field 2 will be displayd. Field 2 : Text-Field – Bra Size
If Field 1 is set to ‘Woman’ the value of Field 2 will be stored and updated. If Field 1 is set to ‘Man’ there is no reason to save or leave the data for field 2 in case that a man don’t need a bra, so he can’t have a bra size.
After a very long time i’m back and try to fix all the bugs.
I have log-in member area where users get access to multiple calculators ( made using gravity forms).
Can I restrict listing entries filtered for only same logged-in user & may be some more filtration parameter.
In short, is it possible to filter list to display on basis of one or more fields in the form. Restrict users from seeing someone else’s entries
Currently not. The list will show the entries to all users or only the user who is the owner of the entry (you can setup this for each form)
This plugin is seemingly abandoned and riddled with bugs. I wish I’d read these comments before I’d bought it, just go and download adamrehal’s working plugin;

I already read a lot about bugs. Can you send me more information.
Hi naranili – I had a very very lightweight install, only GF and your plugin, 2 pages, custom theme of mine with was bare bones so it was for sure the plugin. Couldn’t delete records at all, the list view kept listing these ghost records (no content, didn’t know where they were coming from, couldn’t delete them). They were the main bugs for me maybe ‘riddled’ was a bit strong but those were major bugs as far as I was concerned. Hope this helps and you can get it fixed up.
Please contact me via the author-profile. I need an export of your form so i can test this.
responsive? is it still getting updates?
2 months ago since author replied to any questions.
Currently the plugin isn’t responsive
Hello, does this plugin apply to the front-end user experience? I would like the user to be able to fill out multiple forms and view them.
The user can fill out, view and edit his data at the front-end
For anyone interested in this (seemingly abandoned) plug-in. I have developed a new plugin that has the same features as this one, and much more.
- Display a list of entries on the front end
- Choose who can se the list; entry creator, all logged in users or anyone.
- Support for multiple lists in the same page
- Support for all Gravity Forms fields
- Conditional logic support
- View, edit and delete existing entries from the front-end
- Conditional notifications
- Conditional confirmations
- List sorting and search (using list.js)
- Custom column labels
- Uses new Gravity Forms API and the official Gravity Forms Add-on framework
- Fully customizable with dead simple styles to override
- Fully localized. You can add your translation
- Fully supported and maintained
- Completely free and open source
I am in no way affiliated with the developer of this plugin. I just got tired of the lack of support and decided to take matters into my own hands and build it from scratch.
adamrehal please include me in this as well. Doug will have forwarded you my email.
Thank you kindly.
