Hello,
i habe a submission form on my page with the shortcode Oops! We could not locate your form.
Every time, when a user makes a update on an entry the page/post with this shortcode is deleted.
Please can you check this?
Did the user update the post with this entry ?
No. There is only the gravity-shortcode inside
And after the user update the form, the shortcode is deleted ?
The whole page/articel (tried both) is deleted. But it´s not in the trash, it´s completely deleted. Strange.
adamrehal,
I have not purchased this plugin due to the bugs (Conditional Logic) that have previously been stated. I would like to try out your beta if possible.

Thanks
adamrehal,
Any update or timeline on your plugin? I’m needing a plugin that will do exactly as this one looks, but without the bugs and will allow for conditionals. Hopefully one that won’t duplicate any entry after it’s edited, but instead will update it. Thanks!

Hey Adam, I’d be willing to help test the Beta. I had to do a bunch of hacking to this plugin to make it work for me but Conditional Logic is still a HUGE issue. doug [at] rennaira [dot] ca
I’m working as a consultant on a website where they use your plugin. The problem I encountered is that when I want to edit a form that had a credit card field, I can’t just update the form because the credit card field was required and I sure don’t want to pay again
I’m sure there is a way to solve that and that I’m missing something obvious.
Thank you very much.
Credit Card isn’t supported yet.
I have completed the Beta of my new plugin. It supports conditional logic and has all features of this plugin and more. I will send you details in email along with a copy of the beta.
Also pre-defined selection are removed. Would be great to hear from Author.
@adamrehal
Also curious if you’ve had an progress with conditional logic? I have a form with ~150 fields narrowed down to roughly 10 depending on conditional logic picked on a subsequent page. But like you mentioned before if you have a field based on any logic it gets wiped on update.
I’d be happy to test your new plugin @adamrehal

Pre-purchase question: When you edit a form on the front end, does the form get resubmitted? Specifically, does it resend the Gravity Forms notification(s) or is the form simply updated in the entries database. I need it to resend the notifications Thanks.
Does this support custom lead-ids?
Also Adam I would be interested in trying your plugin.

For anyone interested in this (seemingly abandoned) plug-in.
I am currently developing a new plugin that will have the same features as this one, and much more.- Copletely free and open source
- Using new Gravity Forms API
- Using the official Gravity Forms Add-on framework
- Enable data persistence
- Multiple lists in same page/post
- Support for custom fields/post types
- Support for conditional logic
I am in no way affiliated with the developer of this plugin. I just got tired of the lack of support and decided to take matters into my own hands and build it from scratch. I’ll happily send a beta of the plugin (when ready) to anyone who has purchased this plugin. Just post you email here.
Hi ALL,
After seeing the support level from the author of this plugin (the last reply is from a month ago, something that is totally unacceptable for us), I would ask if there are any experienced developer to whom we can hire some modifications of this plugin for a commercial project.
My contact mail is sergio.calleja[at]liffehealth.com.
Thank you in advance,
Sergio
Hi,
we have some issues with your plugin/s (we have bought both sp-gf-mysql-connect and sp-gf-list-edit).
After create a new register with sp-gf-mysql-connect (and check in MySQL database that the register has been record correctly), we would like to see it with the LIST feature of sp-gf-list-edit, but nothing is shown (a blank line is created but with no content). In addition, the three buttons (View, Edit and Delete) open always the “Add form” (and if a record is created at this moment, the record is also created in the MySQL database), but no edition neither deletion possibility.
In order to add more help, in Gravity Forms ENTRIES menu, entries created appear as”unread” but not shown neither.
Any idea?
Thank you in advance,
Sergio

For your issue number 2) add the following to line 947 of the code
if ($form‘fields’[‘type’] != ‘page’)
In answer to ardibee, it is not your imagination.
The good news is I have found a workaround:
There is a glitch with the “Cancel” button in view mode which might generate duplicates and seem to act as a “New submit” button. I replaced the code 401 by href=’javascript:history.go(-1)’>” . __(“Cancel”, ‘spgfel’) . ”; to fix the issue
Have been using the plugin for quite some time and for me, and as well as many other users, the most pressing issue is:
Support for Conditional Logic.
If the user edits a field that has conditional logic attached to some fields, those fields do not get updated. In fact, all data in fields shown by conditional logic get lost.
This sententially renders the plugin useless for forms with conditional logic.
I have tried debugging the issue myself without any success. Have anyone else had any luck with this?
Can I upload GPS files with this plugin? I´m building a site where users can upload their trail run gps file and it will be displayed on a map.
Is it my imagination, or does the ‘cancel’ button actually resubmit a form, even in ‘view’ mode?
Use case:
1. Use a GF List (with this plugin) and hit the ‘view’ button for a particular entry. 2. Review the information on the gravity form. Change nothing. 3. Hit the ‘Cancel’ button. 4. I still get notification emails and GF warnings about mandatory fields, even though it was using the ‘view’ button and I clicked the ‘cancel’ button after viewing the form.
Thanks, Roger.
One question, will I be able to edit a Product Field under entries? I know this isn’t currently supported by GF.
