I don’t have any ribbons showing. In the admin section I see them and can change them and preview them, but when I view on the front end, no ribbons?

Just some few questions before we purchase this plugin. Can we fully customise the columns, e.g. the first column with the widths at 60%, then the next 4 columns at 10% each? Also will the text/label run to the next lines if its too long? Thanks!
Yes, you can set any width for each column and any height for the rows.

Hi, I like your plugin very much and want to buy, but not sure if you support the foolowing functionailty:
I want to display product comparison tables with lets say 20 products in a row, using navigation arrows and pagination. This is supported. BUT, would it be possible to compare product 5 with product 18 next to each other? e.G. by selecting product 5 not to move by clicking on an icon while scrolling to product 18?

Thank you! No – it’s not possible to select one column to be static and rest to be sliding, unless you’ll provide product details in first column and use it as product column, not description/labels column as it is by default.

Under main configuration tab there are ‘Columns’ and ‘Rows’ inputs, with arrows icons next to them you can set number of columns and rows.

We are using these awsome pricing tables for our hosting plans but for some reason they are no longer centered any idea what I can do, I have tried adding css margin-left, and right on auto for the id of the table however I am not able to get it any help would be appreciated. My website link is http://squitohost.net/shared-hosting/ and as you can see its not centered its bugging me, I just was hoping to not have to start fresh considering I finished a lot of it now.

No problem for great stuff hehe, anyhow I had a freelancer fix some SSL issues on my wordpress. But he claimed that he had to modify this plugin due to some hardcoding to make it adaptable for SSL is that true? I had another person tell me it would switch all plugins etc to SSL simply by changing general settings URL of wordpress install. Any input on this? I am curious because once you update this it likely will break if he is right.

Please let me know what has modified exactly. There are in some places https:// prefix set for google fonts, you can replace that with :// prefix. But that shouldn’t cause the issues with ssl. I’ll need more info go give you better answer.
I understand that after checking the box “Responsive” from No to Yes, the table should be responsive. I am using WordPress and table is not responsive at all. Any idea why?

Yes, you can hide any row or column. For columns there is a switch in the header to hide them, for rows, simply set height value to 0.

Hi when I am making my custom pricing table my fifth column background color is matching the first column background. How do I change this. Im guessing I will somehow have to change the div class of the fifth column to 5 instead of it saying 1.

You can put the paypal button in the table but the plugin doesn’t provides the form, so you’ll need to use also some other plugin to extend paypal integration.

The plugin can be installed as any other WordPress plugin from zip package under Plugins submenu. If you’ll have any issues with that, please use our Support Forum to get help.

Greetings I have just purchased this plugin, and I am having issues with the plugin, I have Columns of 40 and it works fine and once I exceed this limit to 45 or 50 then it is not saving and opening an new fresh table 
Please advise me on this as I am very concerned about this as my package columns would comes to 70 to 80

Simply set column as hidden, In column header there is an option named: disable/hidden (optional), please set it to ‘Yes’.
Thank you for the info, but I have version 9.5. So I assume my question is still valid.
Since 9.5, there was only small update for fonts settings. Anyway if you would like to update, please backup first your tables. If you’ve edited predefined shortcodes such as Table_t1_s1, then they will be overwritten after update. But if you’ve created your own ids, then they won’t be erased. Anyway you can backup predefined/sample shortcodes (if you’ve edited them). To do that please choose shortcode from “Choose shortcode id” list then change the value in “Or type new shortcode id ” field, then click “Save Options” button. You’ll see your new table on “Choose shortcode id” list now and the old one will be still available. After you make sure that your custom tables have custom ids you can delete the plugin and install the newest version.
So how exactly (what steps) do I have to carry out the update (from 9.5 to 9.6) without losing my existing price tables?
You should remove current version and install the new one. If you don’t have custom table ids and you’re using predefined ones like Table_t1_s1 you should follow the above instructions.
