Hello, congratulations for the design of your app.
Before buying would like to know a few things:
1 – Can I add a pdf file in the form of payment? For the customer to download the PDF and print the file. In Brazil it is common payment by banking billet.
2 – This app features integration or through easy payment with credit card? Other than the paypal.
3 – The app is translated into Portuguese?
4 – I can define what a developer can see whether or not a project?
5 – I can schedule several payment dates during the year for a given project?
6 – The system sends an automatic email announcing the date of payment this next?

Hi, thanks for your message. are you talking about cheque payment. There is altenative manual payment for any types manual input. Same for credit card payment. Yes, it is in portuguese. Customizing developer / client view is possible, but need to see what you need exactly. scheduled payment isn’t developed. payment notification is sent by email template, you can check demo. It is nice you collected all the things about a project in one page but your script has some disadvantages:
1. Staff can see all the info about customers. Name, all contact info. If you work alone or if you have a small team that you can completely trust, this is not a problem but this is not the reality about most online businesses today.
If we use this script, our staff can/will take our customers and their business to outside of our company very easily.
Only admins must be able to see these. And even, there must be an option to chose using nicknames or real names for the customers. Also, when we right click, customers’ names and all their contact info is visible in your code also. You need to hide these.
2. There is no payment feature for staff. Also, the payment history for staff. We can not make payments to them and record these payments. They can not make payment requests also.
3. I could not see a backup feature.
These are the very important lackings I can tell for now.
Did you add these features in the update? Or will you consider adding them?
I don’t want to talk a lot, because script authors here made me very tired already. They are not able to catch the concept and reality about project management and most important they are not keeping their words. Tthey don’t care about their scripts and their customers.

Hi, thanks for your deep review. Staffs privacy is a optional matter as you mentioned. The source can be little tweaked for that. Actually people have various types of choice. So we tried to make the most used common features, and they are kept portable so that anyone can customize to meet their exact need. So you are talking about staff salary, right ? This is a planned feature of us for update. We are taking note of the backup/restore mehtod suggestion. Not all features may not be updated in a single version. But we will try to meet the mostly required features step by step. So we would request you to keep faith on us, and we are always trying to provide our best possible service to our valuable customers

Hi, thanks for purchasing our item. Hope you are enjoying it. Creating separate language for separate user isn’t possible right now. But changing database structure and inside php code can implement that. Other popular payment methods are in our integratino plan. Yes, there is a note section for each client, You can store / note client specific data in that place for each client. Other than direct paypal payment, you can take any other payment of an unpaid invoice manually from admin panel. There you can set other payment information manually. Notification email we are checking. We are releasing fix with an update version very soon.

Can you please implement a more advanced time management system. For instance, if I work 3 hours without using the timer, I’d like to be able to enter the time manually. Also, if someone leaves the timer running, we need a way of manually changing the time. Lastly, it would be great if the time entries could be named and even commented on.
