Hi there, I have purchased your plugin yesterday and after installation it keeps crushing my wordpress website. I have sent you the ticket to your support but nobody replied yet. Could you fix it up or should I start looking for some other solution?

There seems to be a conflict with woocommerce’s latest update (2.2.9) and this plugin. When ever I reactivate this plugin, it causes HTTP 500 (Internal Server Error).

Would it be possible to have this work on “variable” products… as in, we’d like to have a product with 4 variations where 3 of them are available immediately and just 1 is available for pre-order. Is that possible?

Is it possible for milti pre-purchaseable products to be added to the same cart/order?

I recently purchased the Prepurchase plugin and I really like it. I do have on problem – the shortcode [Availability Date] in the Prepurchase Settings emails doesn’t work.

Instead of including the new date the product will be ready it simply shows the text “Availability date” . Any fixes coming up on this shortcode so it shows the actual change date?

This plugin is great! but… Upfront payment must support non-preorder products.

The logic should be simple, a customer that purchase a cart full of regular products with X preorder products should be aware that the shipping date of his purchase is affected by the preordered product and he can chose to accept that or not.

We bought this plugin and now that we see that no other products can be combined it makes the plugin useless for us!

Some people actually click the Add to Cart button right away and never realize it’s a pre-purchase item until they get to the checkout. Having the button read Pre-Order up front will be a big help.

Hi Scopes, I emailed for my support but had not got any reply. So posting it here again. My setting of the plugin works however 2 issues: 1. Is there a fix for it? 2. After product is pre ordered, It shows a message “Product has been preordered” with button “View Cart” This is confusing. I don’t want my users click on it and then go to check out. After the adding I want it to redirect automatically to Checkout page. There you can give option for shop more or something. Can you add the button on the message for Checkout? Please help

Adding support for partial shipments would be a nice way to combine pre-order items with non pre-order items. Especially if pre-order items are paid in advance in full. Just a thought. Thanks!

I am having trouble with the shopping cart right now. It wont let my customers add more than one item to the shopping cart at a time.

I know it has to do with the plugin because when i add products that arent in pre order status then it works fine. Thanks again for the plugin. its awesome. I just need to get this kink worked out!
