hello. I have a support ticket waiting but kind of an emergency thing to know as it will determine if I can use this plugin or if I have to find another solution asap.
I have an issue w/ the tooltip not being on top of other elements on website, but also, especially on mobile, since the screen is small almost none of them can be read.
Also on both computer, but more often on mobile, again because of the small screen, the tooltip goes off the screen and is also unreadable.
if these things cannot be fixed, can this plugin be turned off for mobile? at least until a solution is found?
(also, can the placement of the tooltip be “auto” in case the word it’s on wraps on different resolution screens? for instance, If I choose upper right because i have screen space there, but then on different monitors and mobile the word is on the right, then the tooltip gets cut off off the screen)

Hello. is this still supported? I posted an issue I’m having with the width of the tooltip not being able to be set. I can’t continue until I fix this so I don’t have to redo them all later. Any help asap is appreciated! thanks!

Is there a way to show the tooltip for the same word or phrase displayed in more than one place on the post or page.
Yes, you can use the tooltips as many times as you need on the page/post. There is also global configuration for the plugin which you can use to show the plugin for specific text on all post/pages.

It’s hard to say. I’m not sure how your chart is generated and if you’re able to put tooltip shortcode in any place of it. So I’m not able to tell you if the tooltips will work with it.

Plugin have language files (po and mo) included, so you can use them to prepare translation.

You can set the position for the tooltip but I’ll remain the same and won’t change depends on screen resolution. So it’s not responsive.
Pre-sales questions.
1. will the plugin work on a site with https rather than http.
2. When hovering over an image or text will the tooltip position itself correctly. example is the image is at the foot of the page, dont want the tooltip to display below the image as no-one will see it as it drops off the page, similarly if the image or link was at the very top of the page and its set to display above.
I have purchased another tooltip plugin and unfortunately for me the support there, either through the comments like this or the support forum is non existent and i am very disappointed, I am hoping your support will be better.

2. You can set tooltip position in settings but it won’t be changed automatically depends on screen settings.

You need to wrap your image with tooltip shortcode. So you need to put the image in page content editor or you need to edit your template source file and wrap featured image with tooltip shortcode in it.
