Hi,
I would like to know if this plugin is going to be updated for current versions of WordPress and Woocommerce? I would like to have something like this but I am not going to spend money on something that is no longer being kept up to date.
It would also be nice to see you respond to others who have asked similar questions about this plugin working with current versions of Woocommerce.
Thanks
Yes, the plugin is still functional and fully supported. Thanks
Thank you for the quick response. I appreciate it.
Hi I use WP 4.3.1 and Wocommerce 2.4.10. I couldn’t see Woocommerce Refunds System in the my account page. What must I do.
Thanks

r u still supporting this plug-in ?

Thanx
Yes, the plugin is still functional and fully supported. Thanks
Just a quick one… I’m not getting email notifications when I use the plugin. i also got a friend to try and still no email notification. Is there something I need to check to make this function work? Great plugin otherwise…
Please make sure your email client is able to send emails. Thanks
I am able to receive emails for the invoice and packing slips in Woocommerce, and other email associated with other plugins but this one. so I do believe my email client can send emails.
Kindly email me a temporary login to your website. I’ll review and get back to you. Thanks
Does this plugin work the latest version of woocommerce?
hi as you probably know everyone is trying to develop multi vendor solutions for wordpress. They exist very nicely in many different platforms but to wordpress it is relatively new. There is one feature in particular that they lack and has to be developed and so maybe you can make a plugin for it. You already have a plugin for returns so all it would take is a little modification and you will perhaps get hundreds of sells if you market if on all multi vendor blogs. I will explain it as follows. When the customer wants a refund, usually it is simple. he can fill out a form and the admin receives it and handles it. However, by multivendor it is more complicated since it needs to go to the right vendor. I suggest as follows. 1. When the customer logs into to his account he will see all his orders. Next to every item on his order should be a button that says “request return or exchange”. when he clicks it a box will open for him to fill out the reason for his request. 2. After the customer requests return, the correct vendor and admin should receive a notice on his dashboard and email. 3. The vendor now has a choice to click “approve” or “decline”. When he pushes it, the admin and customer will receive a notice on their dashboards. The admin now will have to process the return however he wants. ( the best way would be if he could click a button that says “refund now” and it will automatically take money from the proper paypal account and put it in the vendors account. but of course this is not necessary) 4. There is one more thing. The vendor and admin should have a folder on their menu that is called “returns” where he could see all return request and their status. This is to make it organized and documented for further reference. Let me know what you think and if it is possible thanks gavi
It sounds like a good idea but unfortunately I can only offer this customization as an additional payable feature because of the complexity involved.
ok! actually you should make it a payable feature. Infact in magento you could buy it as a seperate plugin. How about make something good and offer it on all the multivendor plugins. I think any good plugin for multi vendor will go well since multi vendor is not fully developed in wordpress. If you want ideas go to store.webkul.com they have loads of plugins for multi vendor but they are magento. they just got into wordpress and don’t offer these for wordpress. in fact you would be the only one too. You could get in touch with all the multi vendor guys to make it work with theirs. maybe they would promote yours. currently there is. yithemes.com ignitewoo.com wcvendor.com wedevs.com woothemes.com and socio multivendor on code canyon. but i don’t think any of them offer this feature.
if you google “multi vendor forums” you will see lots of forums of people asking what to use for multivendor and you could offer this feature.
let me know what you think
will this plugin work with multi vendor plugins? that is, the vendor can request a refund and then the admin confirms it and refunds the order?
Haven’t tested it yet with multi vendor plugins.
I have a version developed for Multi-vendor. You can contact me for pricing and testing.
Hello,
1.Will this work with multi-vendors plugins i.e Dokan. I want the buyer (customer)and seller (store) and admin (me) to be notified about the dispute.
2.Will this allow communication between seller and buyer private and be on a separate page i.e NOT dispute on product or seller store page.
Thank You.
You’ll need to customize the plugin further to achieve those results.
Is it possible to allow customer to add images of damaged products.
No,not currently possible.
There is something that I could do to make this plugin works fine in Easy Digital Downloads? Do you know some plugin as Woocommerce Refunds System for EDD? Thanks and nice job!
I cant figure out why all of my products say that they cannot be disputed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Are the orders marked as completed in the back-end ? Only completed orders can be disputed.
Are the products marked as dispute products on the front-end?
They werent marked as complete. Thank you!
Hi, are there any email Tags for displaying per item refunds? (refunding items of an order and not the entire order)
Do all email Tags also work on Refund Notification Email? Specifically item_name, quantity, and if available per item name tag.
Refunds are done per order for each item.
Sorry, I’m not understanding what you’re saying. I am just in need of a plugin that automatically emails the customers that their refund has been processed with detailed information about the refund. Often customers only refund 1 item from their order of lets say, 4 items total. How does this display in the Refund Notification Email and is this email automatically sent?
Hi
Thanks for your plugin! A few question after some run!
1) Possible add one option of setting the selling price as the refund cost? Normally that is the max cost. Useful especially when the user buy this product at lower price so the admin dont have to reset the refund cost! 2) Woocomerce has added some refund function in the order page. But your plugin seems not to trigger that function after successfully approve the refund!
Possible to work harder to make this a real perfect refund system in every ways! Thanks!
Yes,it’s possible to set sale price as refund cost. You’ll need to edit the plugin code.
I hear WooCommerce now has its own built-in refunds system.
How is yours different ?

The plugin works with Woocommerce built-in refunds system and provides the ability for customers to request a refund from the front-end. The plugin functions as a dispute resolution system.
So how does the one that is standard within WooCommerce work ?
Just trying to know how to compare the two.
It’s just a button on the order page that admin can click to issue refund.
OK.
Got it.
I will bookmark this one.
Quick Question. Instead of using the word Dispute, can we change that to say Cancel Order?
Yes,you can.
Hello, 2 quick questions: a) Can we translate the buttons and texts? b) Will any payment gateway refund automtically. I will use PayU http://www.woothemes.com/products/payu-turkey/
Yes you can translate the buttons and texts. I am only sure of automatic refunds using paypal.
Hi- question about your refund system and woocommerce vendor stores. Will this work by allowing the customers to file a dispute to the main site even if it was sold by a vendor store on my site? Will I be able to process a dispute this way and settle the dispute. I plan to take a commission and use paypal with mass pay. I would collect all funds and then distribute them via paypal. Is this something that is possible? Please review and advise. Thanks.
Yes,the dispute will be filed to the main site and you will be able to process the dispute and settle it as long as you have access to view that order page in the back-end.
Hi… i have enabled only First data global gateway payment method in my site , so this payment method can i use this plugin for refund process ?
I’m not sure if that payment gateway supports automatic refunds. I’m sure of paypal for Woocommerce 2.2 . However, you can always refund payment manually if the payment gateway does not support automatic refunds
Very useful! Nice work
Thanks
The refund disputes are handled per item in the order or whole order at once?
Disputes are handled per item in the order.
Hi : )
Would the purchaser need to be a registered member of the site to access the refund page?
Thanks Scopes
I ask because my site only allows artists to register and not purchasers.
No,the user does not need to be a member. As long as a purchase has been made, the user can request for refund.
Can you please add a screenshot or a Live Preview so that we can see what the Refund Page would look like for non registered members
The dispute button is only on the my-account page. Non-registered users can not access that page so they can’t request for a refund. Sorry for the wrong information earlier.
