Hi, can’t run the single events page, the permalink generates but the post does not open. When i click the event, we land on the homepage.
does not work, i tested it now. 
we use the costum permalink plugin, maybe depends on it? but we did not change the url’s of the events.
got it, the problem is the plugin..
why does it make the /events/ automatically? Can’t i delete it permanently?

HELP, i have a theme which is causing issues i’ve narrowed it down and it’s the [ADD EVENTON] button in the add new post/page WYSIWYG editor. Please advise how i can remove this button.

How many addon do we have to purchase to have a calendar working like in the demo and how much is the final cost?
Well, depends on all the functions and features that you require.
Not all users need the same add-ons, so we don’t overload the entire plugin with extra filler and features that confuse and overwhelm users. (which we still have complaints on a daily basis that the base plugin has too many features)
The reason we charge for add-ons is because it helps cover the cost for more features and time to develop and maintain our plugin with all users and updates.
Look at WooCommerce, they easily charge over $50 per extension for their products.
So, with that said, if you let us know what functionality you are trying to achieve, we can direct you to all the required add-ons you may need.

We don’t think you can compare yourself to WooCommerce, they charge for extensions for a shop and they offer a calendar for free 
We also think that some of your extensions are a little over priced But it is what it is!
Hi, I’m having a problem viewing the next month’s events, they are showing up on the wrong day.
Eg I want to view the events for Friday, September 5th. When I click forward one month to September the calendar is wrong and shows the 5th on Tuesday, not Friday. The events for the 5th are correct, it’s just that the day of the week is wrong.
How can this be fixed? It makes the calendar very confusing to look at.

I purchased this plugin and have a question:
I have sold a few tickets for my first event since installing this but when I click on the “View Attendee List” on the event edit page, it only shows the attendees as “non-member”, not any name or email address or anything else! Why would the plugin not be showing me the attendees’ info?
Note: I do have the woocommerce add-on installed. Would that have something to do with this? I really need to figure this out as soon as possible. Any help you can provide would be appreciated.

Sorry to hear about this. Can you send me a screenshot of this? And in woocommerce make sure you have deselected enable guest checkout under checkout. That will force customers to create account and give their information.

Hey so we chatted yesterday and solved this. FYI for other make sure your order are completed or else it wont show attendees for that order
One other note: I created a test instance of the site so I could try something else: I suspect the customers need to be flagged as “customers” rather than members in order for the customer info (names) to pull through to that screen as well. I will report back once I finish testing this. Thanks again for your help.

Have you tried to enter the license key again? Sometimes the Envato License Server (which this system is tied to) does not connect instantly, and takes a few minutes, or even hours, we cannot help this situation, as its Envato’s server that is reading the license)

Thank your for your good work! I have 2 languages question : I’m trying to make wpml to work but it’s still shows me only english version. Also, in language TAB from EventOn Setting, I translate the 2 main categories but in front end i still have those in english instead of L2 (french) – see image below.
Is there a bug or a workaround? Thank you

Couple of questions please. In jumping months – the month jumps to the same date of the next month as opposed to the beginning of the next month. How can we get it to go to the first of the following month. Secondly, if we get to the end of the month, like August 31st, if you click on the right arrow, it does not take you to Sept 1 – any thoughts?

I do not see this in FF. I bought the single event and extended lists addons to see if this might fix the issue too. I attached a screenshot of what your demo looks like and what my event looks like. I also don’t understand why the text is uppercase too, yours is not.

My client manages a coworking space that has several rooms to be rented. Each room can be booked for one o more half-days, for one or more full-days, for one or more weeks, and finally for one or more months. Hourly booking is a plus.
We have also two additional special meeting rooms that can be booked half-day or full day.
The payment should be made online (offline is a plus).

Hi, I wish to change where it mentions the word ‘Event’ to something else. For example where it says ‘Event Details’ and ‘No Events’.
I read a comment that said its under General Settings, but I can’t seem to locate it.

Hello Ashan, I’ve just purchased the action user plugin and posted on the website asking for support as well but I haven’t been able to get it to work despite using the fix stated there(which is already included in the action-user.php file) is there anyway to fix this?
go into your ftp and check whether you “eventON” folder names as such if that is named to something else that can cause this issue.

It does not stay private however you can use actionuser addon to control more of the permission based on user roles

you can add featured image to eventTop but you can not add short description, but all that and plus other you can add to event card which will open when you click on an event
Having a major problem with EventOn:
On a featured page page, pages that have EventOn shortcodes are overriding the linked URL to an event page, not necessarily associated with the page.
For example, a thumbnail image, title, and description from a page is displaying, but is linked not to the page, but to a different “event page.”
When I deactivate EventOn, or remove the short code, the thumbnail and title link to the page (as it should).

(and I have also messaged the other plug in—BUT the problem is exclusive to working with EventOn links. It appears to be pulling single event page link from the EventOn code created by the hashtag).
The other plug in asks me to ask if you are “using wp_enqueue_scripts to work in compatibility with other extensions?”
Very frustrated. No response from the other plugin creator, and so I’m stuck in the middle here, a little disappointed on having spent nearly $100 on plugins from Envato that have a pretty serious compatibility issue.
FYI – I have tried EventOn with a number of similar plugins, and this problem does not reoccur, so it definitely seems like an issue with the WP Ajax Grid. The creator said he’d look into it, but I haven’t received a reply.

To me it looks like their script or php is injecting any links on page to turn into something else. wonder how the links are created on this page http://creepyla.com/los-angeles-haunted-halloween-attractions-2014/ which is using ur wp ajax plugin. It seems like those links are being altered with that plugin.
FYI—I was just notified by my web host that: “It appears that the EventON plugin may have allowed unchecked user registration as ‘Event Contributors.’ This has resulted in thousands of users being registered and thousands of e-mails to be sent from the site.” Indeed, I have over 4000 new site members! I have since deleted them.
I am sorry I dont understand this. Do you have another event plugin? eventon does not have a user role as “event controbutors” nor does it create one like that. Are you using any other addons that allow event submissions?
I have Action User installed. I did not look at when the accounts were created so may have been from a previous plug in.

I deactivated Action User just a little bit ago. I’ve been deactivating as many unnecessary plugins as possible to narrow down issues I’m having with a few. (that said, I will reactive soon and see how it runs… will let you know if this problem reemerges.)

Hi there, I have purchased the rsvp plugin for a private site, means only registered and logged in users have access.
So I need some customization:- every user can sign up only once for an event
- editing sign-up doesn’t need a ID and Name, cos they are unique
- a list of attendees
I think, I wanna get the same behavior as Facebook events. User can say “yes”, “no”, “maybe” with one click and edit with one click.
