I have three issues with this script.
1 – Where is the sitemap displayed and how can it be submitted to Google because there is no link or meta tag in the script.
2 – There is no meta description feild in the script either despite you stating this is seo optimized.
3 – I dont have a description field on my upload page and i have gone over the admin panle multiple times, where can i activate a description field for the upload page that can be used as the meta description.
1- sitemap url is
yourdomain/?qa=sitemap.xml
2- you can add meta description in admin > layout > Custom HTML in <head> section of every page…. like this
<meta name=”description” content=”your description”>
3- you can download extra field add-on from here

My only question at the moment, I am a little confused as to themes.
List and Default look identical. If i create a new theme folder, should i copy and use default files to that folder and upload and edit that one.

yes which theme files you want you can copy to king-theme folder than you can edit
