One Features request: Could you add a Notification Bar (like Foobar) on closing days? It is a good Eyecatcher.
Can you show me a printscreen of what you d’like to design exactly ?
I mean something like this hear (http://codecanyon.net/item/foobar-a-jquery-notification-bar/241318) that appears if you are on Holiday or closed. Maybe an addon for the Foobar would be great.
Hey, I have a Problem with the summer Time. Right now the time is showing me 1 hour later opening.. The Server time is correct but I think it is the summer which can not be recognized.
We are performing some tests on our side and will contact you back asap. Thanks
Any news?
Hi we’re off this week, but your ticket is opened and we will give you support for sure
Have you tried our GMT optionnal setting classses ? (see our documentation)
Had to change for the Summer time from +0100 to +0200
Bought the script a while back. It’s great.
I’m not a coder. Can you tell me how difficult it would be to include a basic Open/Closed variable that could be used to with display a general open or closed icon?
Hello, Yep it’s easily do-able, I would suggest you read the FAQ page on our OpenHours envato page, and if it’s still look uneasy to you, feel free to contact us and we’ll be helping you with your project. Enjoy!
I have read the FAQ page on your OpenHours envato page. I believe you refer to your recommendation to “Simply use our specific classes like this : ” I have been trying to insert this div in a number of configurations and with a number of values inserted to no avail. Please expand on this…
Hi, we updated the FAQ, you can also check the documentation provided with our script which always show the latest updates, add-ons and tips.
I believe we are talking about different things
My original query was related to inserting an open or closed icon – the solution in the FAQ just allows inserting a Closed sign for days where the store is closed, but does not provide for a way to make that a dynamic Open/Closed sign based on days and hours of operation.
To put it another way: is there any variable the script uses, that I can use as well to created a dynamic Open/Closed sign in the header of the site?
If you want to send us a printscreen or mockup of what you d’like to design, I would happily show you how
I used the contact form to request an email address to send the mockup – or is there another way to get it to you? Thanks for the support.
We replied by email. Thanks
v1.1 – you can now submit a list of ‘whole-day closed’ dates
This only show a list of days are closed or can show “Today Closed” , control date?
Hello, our script provides CSS classes you can definetely use to achieve this:
Example:<div class="sh-alert-closed">Closed today</div>
Your script works great.
But there is a small issus with End Times after 24:00 example: 19:00 – 01:00 shows every time as closed.
Hi, we will check this and release a newer version if needed. Thanks for your message.
Version 1.11 is now available to address this bug. If you feel like it, we would be glad if you review your rating
. Thank you.
Hi!, I am tempted to buy this plugin but first I would like to know if can it have more than 2 time slots. For example, I am trying to achieve this:
http://kravmaga.co.cr/images/horarios-aug-18-2013.jpgThanks in advanced for your time and answer!
Hi, in your example, you got 3 “starting hours” but no ending, so I would like more details about which “higlighted time gaps” you want to create. But yes, it’s do-able by customizing the script.
Thanks for your prompt response!, schedule can be to 3 or more starting hours with ending. Can your product have more than 2 as is?
Thanks again!
Yep you can have more than 2 opening/closing time gaps, right from this script version. Thank you!
Hey,
Is it possible to add “Open Now”? Like on yelp.
Thanks
Hello. It can be done with some custom coding based on the actual capabilities of our script. Feel free to contact us. Thanks
If I were to purchase it, would you guys be able to help me out with that?
Thanks!
Ofcouse we can assist you. Thanks
Hi, in versions of IE below Edge, the css class .status-opened is not correctly applied to the table row. This means that those versions of Explorer will incorrectly show the color for “closed”, even when other browsers show the color for “open”.
I think this may have something to do with the way the date string is formed in Internet Explorer, vs. other browsers (see http://stackoverflow.com/questions/3020508/ie-javascript-date-parsing-error).
Thanks
Hello, We will check this asap and let you know. Thanks
Hi,
I would like to translate (sun, mon…) in another language.
Is it possible?
Thanks!
Mick
Hello, Of course you can, this script uses classes to identify the days and hours so you keep total control on the source code and words.
Thanks
Hello
Unable to perform the installation on Wordpress and Woocommerce. Would you assist me?
Thanks in advance.
Ofcourse we can assist you, feel free to email us via our profile page. But I think you misunderstood something, OpenHours is not a plugin, it’s a script you can add and configure in any web projects or platform, it’s not related to a CMS.
Hello, this plugin works in sales Woocommerce system?
I need a plugin that I can leave the shop closed on specific days and times, and on Friday from six o’clock until midnight.
Thank you
OpenHours is meant to be used to display your opening/closing hours, it can be used anywhere, it”s platform agnostic. What I think you’re looking for is a plugin to desactivate your shop on specific days and time, this is completely different, as soon as you just dont want to hide specific parts of your website with CSS (in that way, yes it would be doable)
I tested the demo of your plugin and I believe that will meet my needs. Why until I saw that it only blocks the shopping cart and the Store page, thus maintaining the possibility of presenting a showcase of products to the customer.
Congratulations!
Great, thanks and have fun with it!
The demo in the download is not highlighting the current day. Am I missing something. Thanks!
Hello. This script is based on your server date. So that if you display your opening hours to people on a different timezone, they will see your timezone timetable. If you need help, feel free to mail us. Thanks
Great. Working now. How do you adjust for time zones – if a server is located at a distance.
Hello, you’ll be glad to know we are working on an update that will allow a GMT timegap parameter
