I am quite upset finding out that there is no way to merge cells like colspan or rowspan 
... i wish i knew before buying.. you could’ve added those “not supported features” in demo page… because this is a basic html table operation.
Yes, colspan/rowspan isn’t supported. I’ve mentioned that in previous comments here, which you can confirm using search input. Also on live preview site there is no example of colspan/rowspan. Grids are using html ul list, not html table, that’s why the grouping operations aren’t available.
This is one hell of a buggy plugin I must say, another day lost.
Please tell me what issues do you have. I’ll help you with them. We have also Support Forum where you can find solutions to common issues.
Or do I have to purchase the plugin again just so I can get technical support even though the previous developer already purchased it?

Hey there QuanticaLabs, I want to thank you for your help once again. Okay, so my very last question for you is this.. I notice that on a phone, the columns shrink into one line and it is kinda hard to read and click on buttons, is there an option to break the columns onto separate lines, so that the user can instead scroll up and down to see all of the column options? Hopefully you understand what I’m talking about. Thanks!

Yes, you can set custom width for the column on specific resolution (you can define responsive steps/resolutions). It’s up to you.
Can you please tell what the proper settings would be for the responsive layout to look right on an iphone? I looks good (like a pc) in landscape mode but when viewing vertically it is all crammed to the left side of the screen looking horrible!!!

Can I setup individual products and then “pick” several of them and have the tables generate, or do I have to create separate pricing tables for each of the comparisons I’m making even though 1 recurring product would feature several times?
It’s not possible. You can copy whole tables but you can’t copy individual columns.

You can use default system fonts and all google fonts. If you would like to use some custom font, then you need to link it to your website and then type its name in pricing table settings.
When adding a column after the usual 4 package columns, the color reverts to being the same color as the first package column

I apologize if this question has been asked previously, but – can you create add-ons, as in “a la carte” items to include separately with already pre-set packages? Like, if I set up a basic package and I want to offer buttons to add-on smaller single items is that possible?

You can add new rows/columns to the table. You can also use shortcodes in table cells. So you can integrate other plugin in that way.
Can the hover over effect be disabled for Example 13 (in your demo) and only have a particular column stand out?
Yes, of course. You can disable hover for any table and make any column then active/stand out (also multi columns).
A couple important questions:
1. Does CSS3 Responsive Web Pricing Tables load it’s CSS and JS on every page or only on the pages that it’s active on? And if so, when do you plan on changing that? If not, then that’s really great news.
2. Are all of your JS and CSS files minified?
3. Are you loading your JS files at the bottom and not the top of the page?
4. Are there any compatibility issues with W3 Total Cache or MaxCDN with your plugin? (it’s okay if you don’t know the answer to this one as I don’t think there should be any issues anyway but I thought I’d ask just in case you’ve come across or are aware of any).

1. There is an option in configuration to choose between loading on every page or only on pages where you will use pricing table shortcode. So it’s up to you.
2. CSS files aren’t minified. Js files are minified (except of main.js which is 5KB) but js files will be loaded only when you are using js based functionalities like sliding.

Pre-purchase questions.
I am currently looking for a plugin that allows me to present services and other schematics in a tabular format mainly. Most of the plugins out there emphasize pricing tables but I actually have no need for that.
Can I customize the tables columns, widths, remove buy/view buttons freely?
For example using MS Word you have the ability to format your tables as much as you like adding colors, effects, borders etc per cell. Can you do this with this plugin?
In short, I want to use it for presenting several type of data (only presenting no need for database linking) and be able to customize the look (border, cells sizes, colors, shadows, etc).

Hi,
You can customize widths and set any content that you need. You can also hide any row or column (for example header or footer rows or first column) if you don’t need them.
There are many color schemes available but if you would like to set your custom colors and borders, then you need to do that via css code. From configuration you can set fonts.
Ok nice. One final question that is important for the purpose I need them and forgot to ask. Can I merge cells like in excel or ms word?

Thank you! Yes, tooltips are supported. So you can add tooltips to text in table cells.
Problem with rows mediacenter_blue_sliding
We tried to add “hidden rows” Number of hidden rows at the bottom (for long tables). This will not work either. We try to save and it does not save.
Could you please upload a fix to these bugs? We really need this plugin to work.

Did you create new topic on the forum? What’s the url? I’ve just checked and hidden rows option works good for me with ‘medicenter_blue_sliding’.
Did you max out rows at 27 and then try to add hidden rows?

You have provided the expand mode but i feel you could make it better so i want to request a small Change
i want to have sections, and i should be able to expand collapse those sections
Section A —- contains 3 rows 1 2 3 — should be able to show/hide these rows if not only the sections is shown
Section B —- contains 3 rows 1 2 3 4 5 6 — should be able to show/hide these rows if not only the sections is shown
Section C —- contains 3 rows 1 2 3 — should be able to show/hide these rows if not only the sections is shown
is this possible

Expand mode can work only for n number of bottom rows. So you can hide for example last 5 or 10 rows. It’s not possible to divide table to expandable sections in any place.
Hi Guys I’m try add 80 rows for medicenter_blue_sliding, but it’s add just 25. I can’t save more row, it’s revert me 404. I saw you suggestion increase timeout and limint – do it in wp-config (increase more than you suggest). I’ts don’t help! Please provide more info or update your plugin without this bug.

It can be set also in htaccess. If that won’t work, please ask your server admin to set it for you in php.ini. If that won’t help as well, please create new topic on our support forum and our support team member will help you with that issue.
We have done both. .ini will not work and using htaccess gives us a 500 Error.
We also created another post about this. Please correct the bugs and upload the fix.
There are also other server settings which can cause this issue. Please try this advice as well: http://support.quanticalabs.com/forum/topic/9473/unlimited-rows/20#post-47372 and feel free to add a post in this topic if that won’t work for you.

Yes, it is. Visual Composer doesn’t have build in pricing tables component but you can simly use text component and put pricing table shortcode into it:
