Hi,
I have just installed sabai directory, and testing it out. I’m facing problem of accessing directory dashboard page.
When I enter the directory dashboard page, it asked me to login. But after click on login button, it just redirect back to the same login page.
And I’ve problem with the thumbnail now.
Folders are all writable, and photos are able to upload to “files” folder, but “thumbnails” folder is empty.
Didn’t see any error in error log, so I need your advise.

Some feedback regarding the Iframe issue I had. It turned up that I can’t get my Iframes in because, for instance, If I add “http://www.website/SLUG/embed/ to the “manage field” I could indeed see the Iframe from this website with this specific slug name but It wont work if I add another Iframe from the very same website (because the slug name will change in the url). Is there a way to get all Iframes without having to type in every single url of every single Iframe I want to embed?
My bad it turned up that www.WEBSITE.COM is enough to work. Still not for facebook page like boxes though

So, used this plugin a few months ago and it worked perfectly, client decided not to go ahead with this at the time. We need to reinstall it again and I am getting Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.. I was able to activate it from the plugin page perfectly. Loaded the sabai-directory.zip file no problem. Allowed me to install Maps and Directory, but when I try go into the Directory Listings page I get this:

Which version of the plugin are you currently using, and since you are re-installing, we recommend you to Deactivate and Delete the plugin from the Plugins section of WP before so the old files and data are all cleared out.

Can you make sure that the thumbnails directory located at http://Your WP URL/wp-content/sabai/File/thumbnails is directly accessible via the web browser.

The network activation will not work with the plugin, so you will need to activate the plugin on each site, is this what you are doing to activate the plugin? Also please note that for multisite, a single license is required to activate the plugin on each site.

Yes, our plugin has its own access control system which lets you configure various permissions by user role. For submitting listings, there are 2 permissions, “Add listings” and “Add listings (without approval)”, so you can grant these permissions only to users with specific user role(s).

Thanks for a great plugin. One important issue though that I’ve been trying to fix for hours:
Wherever I use the Shortcode [sabai path="/questions"] Admins get logged out of wp-admin. This happens no matter if forum is set to Public or Private – I’ve also frequently clicked the ‘Clear Cache’ button to no avail.
Specifically this happens when clicking a question on the questions page – the adminbar disappears and the admin has to relogin. Notice that this ONLY happens when using shortcode. Everything works fine if he navigates directly to built-in slug at http://mysite.com/website/questions/ and clicks a question (in this case no logout occurs).
In case it matters, notice that my wp runs in the subfolder http://mysite.com/website/
Any clues or ideas how to fix this problem – I really want to use the powerful shortcode.

@rodrigoalves Well, not being a developer of this product, this gets into a situation I am not fully educated on or have been in myself. I’ve always had an address to import so I don’t know how the application will react to this. Additionally I have not worked with groups of records over 75k, so I can’t really speak to that volume..
I assume you don’t need anything to do with the address / location? If that is the case then From My Understanding you should be able to pull the list, simply map the desired fields (this is done during the import process) and then see how much of the load your server can handle in a single batch.
I still suggest performing the import on a test website on the very same server, simply to know it’s limitations during the import process.
All of that said, I am not able to make official / most accurate replies but I am glad to help the community when I do know something that may help. onokazu could provide the best response to this to be perfectly honest smile
Also: Thank you to onokazu for getting the demo site back up! I don’t normally step on other peoples support threads but I figured you wouldn’t mind too much while things were sorted out! smile

I’m trying to make my modified templates appear. I just copied the ‘directory_listing_single_infobox.html.php’ file, added a “HELLO WORLD” before the address and uploaded it tp wp-content/sabai/assets/templates (also tried with wp-content/sabai/assets).
The address gets displayed correctly, but now my test string. Any idea what I may be doing wrong? Using last version of the plugin.

The template file should be under wp-content/sabai/assets. Also the template is used to display listings in the small popup window displayed on the map when you click the marker icons. Are you sure that is where you are trying to add your custom content?
Hello onokazu! Yes, the path to the custom file is /wp-content/sabai/assets/directory_listing_single_infobox.html.php . I have check and the folders have 755 permissions and the file has 644. Still doesn’t display a thing. I don’t have any cache plugins, so I don’t know what might be the problem. Any idea?
Sorry! My bad… I’ve just realized I was editing the wrong file… I had to edit “directory_listing_single_full.html.php” instead of the one I was editing. Everything ok now. Thanks!!!
Hi, the “Listing Submitted Admin Notification Email” is sent to all administrators at random.
This is not good, we have several admins and we need all the emails going to a specific email address or a specific user, not all admins at random.
Is there a way to do this? To send the email notifications to a specific user or email?

I am not really sure why that happens on your site. It should be sent to all users in the administrator role. Are you sure it is not an issue on the server side or perhaps the notification emails are sent to your spam folder?
