I have no idea what to look for in your demo. All I can see is the widget on the left side bar which has two fields, is that it? I am looking to create a form with 9 fields such as name, address, a drop down to select the courses etc. The buyer however will enter their own amount. Please let me know if this is possible, desperately looking for something to do this.

There is no option to add custom fields at the moment. So, if you need to add more fields – you’ll need to edit the code.
Courses in our case is services, which can be created from admin panel, and assigned price to it, however in settings section you can select whether customer should enter amount himself along with service selection.

I have just checked your script: BAD SCRIPT, BAD CODING….: - You used “mysql_query” => But did you make connection? why don’t you use ”$wpdb” ?
- The rich editor for the service description is DIE
If there is no connection – the script wouldn’t work at all, as each page has some database manipulations 123clicksite… It would also mean that those 469 other customers who bought this script would have the same issue – which is not the case.

Hi, i have bought your plugin. I have install the plugin correctly, but when I send money does not come in Transactions have seen the database and if it appears there but not the administrator. In pppt_status say 1 and pppt_payer_email and pppt_transaction_id only say NULL

When you click pay – we automatically insert UNPAID record into database, and when actual payment is made on paypal – paypal sends IPN request to your site which updates the database record and sets it to paid and then it appears in transactions.
1) make sure that IPN is not disabled on your paypal account (see it in settings on paypal account) 2) make sure that your website doesn’t require to be authenticated to view – this is very common error we have seen – whilst site is in dev mode, many developers disable the front end part, however they don’t realize that paypal is sending ipn request to the front end as well, so if you block the site from accessing – paypal will never update the record.

If you want to place payment plugin outside the wordpress – I’d suggest to purchase our paypal payment terminal (standalone, non-wp), then you can customize the code per your needs the way you want it.

hi, can you please tell me if the plugin could support this: the customer could choose the amount to pay (donate actually), after that, a mail/notification will be sent automatically to a specific email telling the customer’s details (email, phone, address, etc) and the amount. this should be done right when paypal payment is done (Without waiting for the user to get back to the site)
together with that, the customer should receive a ‘thank you’ email.

hi, two additional things about it: 1. for donations – is it possible to set different amounts up ahead (i.e. 10%, 20$, etc) and maybe even let the user set his own amount? 2. is it possible to save all the amounts at some place – as i need to show the total amount donated so far.

You can either setup multiple services ($10 / $20 / $30 etc) for user to select from, or allow user to enter amount himself. Its one or the other at the moment.
All approved transactions are stored in transactions section (Please see screenshots)

I’ve adjusted the demo so you could enter the amount – that’s part of script functionality. As for the invoice# – you can use comments field for that, and with slight adjustment in code (which we can assist with through support forum – support.convergine.com) – you’ll be able to pass that invoice# as payment description to paypal. As for other extra fields – those would have to be added manually through the code – again, we can provide some details what to do, but you must have at least basic php/mysql knowledge and understanding.

If you have some php/mysql knowledge – you can edit the form and add 2 more fields – we can assist with some suggestions through the support forum, after you purchase the product, but you have to have at least basic understanding of php/mysql – otherwise you will need to hire somebody to do this for you.
Hey I bought this but recently received an email from Paypal: Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN)” I use a wordpress theme and host through Justhost. From what I’ve gathered, Justhost is not blocking the IPN or anything. I’ve looked everywhere but I can’t find a solution to the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Unfortuantely, no. Qty field can be added through the code easily, however the “cart” functionality would have to be custom developed.
Looking to buy this however, I couldn’t get the demo to take me to the paypal screen to login to paypal or enter a credit card, i just wanna see if it geos that far and works…

Hi, I’ve got a pre sale question. When the user is redirected back to our site (based on the URL we had specified), does it return some parameters in the URL as well.
My scenario is once a payment is successful, I need to get the users email address to be entered into mailchimp. So I am thinking of including the mailchimp form in the successful page and get them to register there. I want a way to validate if the user is really coming to this page after a real payment. Let’s say the thankyou page is “www.abc.com/thankyou”. I want only the valid payers to access this page to enter the details. So I want to know whether there will be extra parameters in this URL so that I can validate the user.

By default we pass “orderID” in custom field to paypal, which is then posted back upon payment, so that your site could update payment record to “paid” based on that orderID. Together with that orderID – it is possible to accept payer_email – which is customers paypal email address. Also the email which customer enters into the payment form is stored in db, and you could also utilize that one, based on orderID. So, all in all, you’d have to modify paypal.ipn.listener file which updates the database when paypal posts back successful payment. We can provide assistance over support forum (http://support.convergine.com) but you have to have at least basic php/mysql knowledge.

1) Unfortunately, no. There’s no option for multiple products in cart, so it’s not really a cart.
2) There’s no such functionality.
I’d suggest you to hire a web developer for creating chained payments with paypal.

i would like to add this plugin to a wordpress car listing theme, Please help me out , i got a question about this. First, i want to use the theme ’ auto dealer for Wordpress ’ , available on Themeforest.
So what i want to do is, i want that when somebody go to list a car on the website, he first have to completed the listing by filling all the charasteric about the car, then he have to review the post to be sure everything is fine, and then i want the customer to be redirect to the a payment plugin to pay for his listing ( ex. one day , 7 days, 1 month) to be activated . The payment part is possible with our plugin, and you can send custom variables to the payment page, however to actually redirect from your theme to our plugin – you will have to hire somebody to write the code for you, if you don’t have php knowledge.
