Hi Alex, I have sometimes a problem where I can´t upload jpegs into the galerie or the query slider. If I upload a png it works. Filesize is less 3MB. Happens on different websites.
Is the file extension .jpg, or .jpeg?
It´s .jpg. I tried it again and now it works. I will send you a email with my server config.
Hi Alex, is there any chance that you will be adding categories to the base gallery module? The portfolio is awesome but too detailed for those who want just a bunch of images. Would really help if you could sort them though, like the portfolio plugin.

it’s doesn’t make sense, i am pretty sure the server meets all requirements, i will ask my host provider if case i am missing something.

Your error message is very generic, and does not tell me anything. Take a look at your php error log, if you have access to it, or ask your hosting company to provide it to you.

Make sure you have set correct time zone in admin configuration, also talk to your hosting company and have them set default time zone in php.ini

If the setting is lock by your server you will not be able to overwrite form admin panel.
Hi Alex, Please I need your help, Im having trouble with the thumbnails in the gallery (Backend and Frontend) they appear lile broken, I move the site from one hosting to other, I made all the changes in the config.ini file .htacces and database, all seems to be ok except for the thumbnails.

Try to change permission on cache folder in /modules/gallery/
I all ready did that, permission set to 777

Before you add new language, you need to make sure that all language files are translated.Than in order to translate content in multiple languages, you need to switch your language, by clicking on language flag in admin panel.
