I have installed the program. When you first start, comes password query. I can not see menu. I can not continue. Please Help

Excellent software. Is it possible, in the new update, to have an option to create an installer with all preferences preset so that the settings do not need to be changed and it can simply be installed? Also, can the data log also be uploaded to FTP?

I need to save/export the Screenshot image, but i am unable to save/export ?
Also I am not able to save the ftp, it is saying incorrect ftp. eg: Host: ftp.mywebsite.com username : myusername password : mypassword
but the same is working on other ftp software.

ok great its working.. It will be nice if you can manage to display the computer name or pc name in the subject while emailing the log details.. Right now its difficult to identify unless the log details file is opened. Thanks

it is not work .. I install it .. I can’t know where it is installed .. I stopped firewall and antivirus .. it is not work .. when I re-install it is give me this error : ” An error occurred while trying to copy a file: [location removed] ” when I remove this file and re-install .. it is not work too.
*My computer : Windows 7 32-bit and I have installed .net framework 4
install as administrator . After install click hotkey combination. if you still have problem message me ,ill resolve another way.

1:no anti virus give alert at installation 2:it is 100% safe .No one can steal your informations.you will have full privilege on the software after install(i.e. Password protection). just install and hit hotkey combination thanks

no this is not trojan. these logs are under your control it doesn’t go outside.it ill reside in you computer untill you allow send log to email via setting of software. you can see docs of software with setup file .
So can I use it offline mode? Not with internet?
yeah you can use offline mode. if you want email log then internet required.

And how can I reopen the program after pressing exit? Is it opening when the windows start?
just open docs folder .all the things mention there.its start with windows and after open application just minimize it don’t exit it.sorry can’t copy log but you can get log via email. in login form you need to click only. thanks for purchasing software

reopen is not include otherwise easily anyone can detect software and then disable. exit button is add if you do not want to monitor currently. if you found any issue or bug just message me so i can improve it in next update. thanks

currently work is suspended due to bad health..
App will not install Windows 7 64bit.
run as administrator.after install( tick launch pc-ispy in installation).just use hotkey as prescribed in docs.it works in windows 7 64 bit(already tested).

Great, I changed the password and now it wont except it, uninstalling…not worth the risk.
yeah not visibile in task manager , it ill update in next update. password not except its mean you didnt properly insert or after entering in text box click the button instead of enter (Enter wont work). still you get problem then tell me.
