I’m not purchasing this plugin (although it’s my favorite one) because it’s not responsive, nor is it up to date with 3.8. What are the chances you’ll be updating this soon? These days, everything should be responsive…

Hotspots are not displayed correctly, not at the position I have set in the editor … Can this be fixed ? From the comments, I am not the only user facing this issue.

I used this for a real estate firm and ploted 100+ dots on a map. The other day I updated with 20+ dots and suddenly EVERYTHING disapeared. I checked the MySQL database and the table is empty. I want my money back, I can not trust this plugin. How do I get a refund?

Shame there is not negative Stars on the Buyer Rating . One of the worst plugins I ever bought and tried to use. This plugin randomly ‘deleted’ my information including the hotspots after a couple of hours putting them on. Frustration is not the word. I want my money back NOW. Envato are fobbing me off with some BS story regarding my support queue position and meanwhile I am holding on publishing a new commercial website because of this cowboy. Sorry peeps , am I ranting here

Whatever the rules and disclaimers on this website, the author and CodeCanyon led me to believe otherwise. That’s a shame.

Apart from that and a couple quirky behaviours, it’s a simple, easy to use and to the point tool.

Nothing is appearing on the page when I add the shortcode. I noticed that I am not the first person with this problem. Is there any answer as to why it is not showing up?

After an update to the map, when I refreshed the page, the image was no longer there.

Nothing else has changed: neither the page nor the shortcode were altered.

1. Is it possible to change colours of the hotspots (red) and the description background (black)?

2. I see in the demo that you have images and a youtube video embedded in the description. I was wondering how you did that (couldn’t get it to work in the demo)?
