There is bug on Windows 8 devices that has both mouse cursor and touchscreen causing all the buttons at the bottom to not work with mouse including clicking on the page to flip the pages.

However, it works only when I touch on the screen with Chrome. On IE, both mouse and touch is working.

Tried both Desktop and Modern app version. Still same result. IE works with both mouse and touch, Chrome works only by touch but not mouse.

I wonder what’s wrong there. Hope it can be fixed quickly.

i’ve tested the demo. In IE9 i get a script-error, the 3D demo is not working in IE9. I’ve tested it on a Windows Vista OS with IE9 (default settings).

Do you know this problem?

Can you tell me how to upload this to wordpress? If i try and do it thorough the dashboard it says that the file is too large. Via ftp I’m not sure which folder to choose.

Hi zlac, this is very nice plugin and works really well on modern browsers.

Few clitches I’ve found.
1. Doesn’t work with native IE9 - Problem was in page.js row 111, changed line
l.classList.add("flipbook-page-link");
to
jQuery(l).addClass("flipbook-page-link"); and works after this change (Dirty, I know)
2. Doesn’t work with IE8
By default all pages load as black. I was able to load images from page 2 onwards by adding this check to page.js show -function
if (this.image.src != this.imageSrc) { this.image.src = this.imageSrc; }
but first page doesn’t load on startup (returning back to first page makes it load correctly). Additionally zoom buttons won’t work and pages are loaded only on size which is set. Could you help with this? Workarounds also would be enough.

Also could alert on odd number of pages be behind some setting? In my case, I can’t be sure there is always even number of pages and odd number of pages works fine.

I’m having an issue with links in the flip book, in FireFox it opens two tabs when you click the linked section. It works fine in Chrome and IE, it’s only in FF that it opens the link twice. I checked on multiple computers and the same thing happens.

Hi, I would like to know if we can add a 1. commenting system per page. Then, submit it to the user. 2. approve or deny button. It would be a great addition to make use of this as an album-proofer, where clients can comment and send it the the photographer. Make it into a new project, or have it as a wordpress plugin. Just some thoughts for a great plugin.

First of all look at the flipbook that I made http://www.italyexport.net/tablet/food/022013/ Open it with Safari and go to page 3, you’ll see that I put some icons with links to a page outside the flipbook and an email address. Click on the icons, Safari opens two pages of the linked website or opens two emails (depending on where you click) and this is a bit annoying. In addition to this, after a click on one of the icons the flipbook turns page and I’d like it wouldn’t happen. I also noticed that after page 100 no longer turn the pages by clicking on it but it do that by using the arrows on the menu at the bottom. Can you please check these problems?
