I’m considering this plugin, but I’m curious if it can do what I need…
Basically, I want a customer to be able to complete a “personality” test and once they are complete it will automatically calculate which personality they are, including details (a paragraph or two) about that personality, and show them the results in the page as well as send them an email with a PDF attached. Plus, I want to receive the email as well (BCC).

Your work is simply superb. Great job! I am going to purchase this plugin and FSQM. They are what I was looking for.
I have some questions:
I need to know if you can help me in finding / developing some solutions to my needs (I treat this plugin and FSQM as a whole solution):
1 – to have a graphic representation like small bars filled with different colors (red, orange and green, for exemple) depending on the values (means, percentage). If I would have an email, I will send you some examples. A stacked bar would help too, but not that much. A barchart just with average rating and some predetermed interval displayed would help too.
2 – to have the posibillity to write some comments / formatted text before / after each item/question results.
3 – to have the option to split data upon some other questions – crosstabulation (for example, I want to make a report of data collected by female/male or by region etc.). it could be a different report or on the every questions, responses should be displayed shoulder by shoulder for each region for example.
4 – to have the option to display comments of a rating question right after the ratings data.
5 – the option to have a template to which we compare results. For example, I want that customer rating should be between 3 and 4. I need that this interval should be clearly diplayed near the result. I can give some visual examples.
6 – the option to have groups of questions (categories) and have some means / averages on that.
7 – the option to compare current results with past results based on the same survey questions.
8 – the option to display different explanation based on the result (just like an personality test report)
It would be awesome if you would help me. I am going to buy at least 2 or 3 licences and I am willing to pay extra for this higly demanded features. I can provide you more information and examples via email if you want.

It is because the size of the exporter zip files exceeds the size of PHP upload limit. Please use the FTP method to upload and install the exporter manually.

I would highly recommend you to update your plugin to version 2.3.0 (the currently version at this time). You will not lose any data and will get the latest features. Before you make the update, just take a back up of wp_fsq_form, wp_fsq_data tables from phpMyAdmin.

I love this addition, been using it for awhile now! I was wondering, is there or will there ever be a feature where you can setup a automatic exporter? Example..Every month the exporter will automatically run a report I have set up and email it to me?
Right now, I have about 5 different reports I have to go in and manually run on each one of them. I was wondering if I could have a scheduled task to run the report for me and email to me in csv..

The export file is written in UTF8. Perhaps the software you are using to open the exported file doesn’t support this. We have greek customer using export addon without any problems.

Hello, changing the permission of wp-upload directory to 755 should help. Also make sure that the PHP files are being executed by the same user who owns the directory. Otherwise, you might need to change it to 777 (which is risky).

You will need to unzip the main package and inside it you should find a directory named Plugin. Inside the Plugin directory you will find wp-fsqm-exporter.zip. Also, due to the nature of the plugin, the size is around 14MB, so please make sure your PHP upload limit is greater than that. If everything fails, then you can always upload via FTP. Thanks for your help. I did upload the wp-fsqm-exporter folder via FTP in the plugins folder, but the plugin doesn’t appear in the extension list. Any other clue? Thanks again
By the way, the plugin’s folder “wp-fsqm-pro” doesn’t appear in the plugins folder… And the “WP Feedback, Survey & Quiz Manager – Pro” plugin is working fine ! I don’t understand…

The certificate background could be easily modify by admin. The background and logo for the cert could be jpg or png. And also the name of the user, title of the certificate, current date, etc could be easily arrange in the certificate and automatically stamped on the certificate upon completion of the quiz. All those details could be based on the form written by the user.

The certificate background could be easily modify by admin.
You can have CSS printed for the PDF. Please check the documentation. The CSS will be included while creating any PDFs.
2.
And also the name of the user, title of the certificate, current date, etc could be easily arrange in the certificate and automatically stamped on the certificate upon completion of the quiz. All those details could be based on the form written by the user.
These features are already there. Please check the sample downloads from the item description page.

Considering the PHP Memory requirement is at least 256MB (512MB recommended), can the reports run on a localhost?
Would this work on a ‘typical’ shared server environment?
1. Sure. You can either remote connect to mysql on your server or import the wordpress database.
2. If the plugin installs correctly on a shared hosting environment, then most likely it will run. The only catch is the PDF generation, which requires a lot of memory and time. On our a VPS a considerably large report (600 submission) took around 500M of memory and 100 seconds. The thing is although we can collect reports in several steps, we can not really create a file like PDF in several steps (or at least not that I know of). But for files like XLSX (where no static charts are generated), the requirement is pretty low. The same report took around 10 seconds to generate with only 100M of memory. Also, if you want to export all submissions in CSV format, then it wouldn’t cause any problem at all. Because CSV can and is generated in multiple steps.
