Thanks for your questions, I’m not sure if I understand you correctly but:

1. You can add/remove or modify the points of interest.
2. The purchased files have an interactive guide to help you get the exact coordinate of any point on the map, please check this demo.
3. You can change the normal, hover(highlight), and click colors of each point.

This package contains only simple map versions where you can link each point to a URL. you maybe interested in my other maps which has an advanced versions where you can load images in the information box once a user clicks a region.

You can only use circle or rectangle so you can give them specific parameters (width, height, outline..etc)
