Sorry to disturb you, I am getting two issue in menu, which you might fix with in some sec. Could you please check below details.
In HOME by default Latest News is Active, Similarly in News Sub-menu Europe news is active. But, If I am clicking on USA news (which is News> Sub-menu) & go back to Home when coming back to NEWS I am getting USA news is active, It Supposed to be Europe news (NEWS> First Sub-menu) How it will be fix?
Also once you click any sub-menu, if you will go any menu you will find out sub-menu is not active. How it can be fix?

Yes you can implement menu (menu will be bound to the theme), if you don’t know how, i can help you. I do not understand the second question, menu is responsive. Yes, submenu may stay open on click.
