App approval is usually easy if you follow the platform requirements and configure everything correctly, such as the redirect URL, privacy policy, terms page, and required app information.
For most basic publishing features, the approval process is straightforward. However, the final approval still depends on each social media platform and the permissions you request.
Yes, Stackposts can work on shared hosting as long as your hosting meets the system requirements, supports cron jobs, and allows the required PHP extensions.
For better performance, especially with many users or many scheduled posts, we still recommend VPS/cloud hosting.

This bundle includes all available Stackposts addons/modules in one package, so you do not need to buy each addon separately.

one last question, as in support docs i have read for facebook post we need to approved app with docs, i have one question instead of approving app can we connect directly via using Access Token, without using login with facebook? is it possible? i just want ot use directly Access Token Pls let me know if this worked for with yous system

Thanks for your question.
For Facebook/Instagram integration, Stackposts uses the official Facebook Login/OAuth flow. This is the recommended and supported method because it allows the system to connect accounts, manage permissions, refresh/validate tokens, and work properly with Facebook API requirements.
Using a manually generated Access Token instead of Facebook Login is not recommended and is not supported as the standard connection method in our system. Manual tokens can expire, be limited, miss required permissions, or stop working unexpectedly.
So for stable publishing and account connection, you still need to create a Facebook Developer App and complete the required app review/approval for the permissions you want to use.

Latest update issues – so since the last update – calendar view still doesnt work (that was listed in change log) and now responsiveness is tanked. I am scheduling qa post on my user account, and its just spinning, looking at me doing nothing. On publish calendar, I can’t get to edit a post or delete one. Also making a post, cant load saved locations that are saved. I can go into saved captions, but they are not loading into when making a post.

Does the script AI need some kind of credits needed from ai sources to make videos or images etc and that sources charges fees for credits? And do teams require to run this script and only one person admin handles it? Also are there additional upsell to run the script completely?

The AI features require your own API keys from AI providers such as OpenAI, Gemini, DeepSeek, etc. These providers may charge based on usage/credits, depending on the service and model you use. Stackposts does not include free AI provider credits.
Teams/workspaces are included so users can manage accounts, members, social profiles, schedules, and content separately. You can run the platform as one admin only, or you can allow multiple users/teams depending on your SaaS setup.
There are no required upsells to run the main script completely. The main script includes the core features shown in the demo. Optional addons or services may be available separately only if you want extra advanced features, installation service, or additional integrations.

I still miss the reposting feature that was available in v9.
What I mean is that I could choose how often a post should be reposted, with an interval ranging from 1 to 60 days. Would you be able to add this feature somehow, or perhaps provide me with a modification that enables it?
I use this functionality regularly, and I really need it in v10 as well.
In v9, setting up reposting was much easier.
In v10, when I select Monday and Wednesday, Monday sometimes unchecks itself, and I have to select it again… It doesn’t work properly, and after pressing SCHEDULE I often have to repeat the entire setup because I’m not sure whether it was saved/scheduled correctly.
The option I mentioned earlier is still missing (1-60 days), and there is also no interval setting between posts when the same post is meant to be published across multiple accounts.
Please add the same reposting options and the entire reposting menu that existed in v9 to v10. With that, v10 would be PERFECT.
I often set stories to repeat every 7, 14, 28, 30, or 60 days, and this is a very important feature for me (and probably for others as well) in Stackpost. You shouldn’t have removed this in v10. Version v10 should include all features from v9 + additional options and improvements.
I still can’t use v10 until you implement the features I’ve been requesting since the release of v10.

Yes, we understand exactly what you mean. The reposting option in v9 with repeat intervals from 1–60 days was very useful, especially for stories and recurring campaigns. We also understand your point that v10 should keep the important v9 features while adding new improvements.

Could you please tell me when I can expect this update?
It is very important and essential for me.
There is a bug, if I can call it that.
After scheduling posts and then clicking the “NEW POST” button again, the profiles that were used in the previous scheduling session are still selected. However, it is not possible to schedule new posts. After every scheduled publication, the page has to be refreshed.
It would also be great if the “NEW POST” button were available from anywhere on the site, at the top of the screen.
List of essential changes for the next update:
Restore the same repost scheduling system as before (repeat every 1 to 60 days). New STORY SCHEDULING feature The ability to select, for example, 5 photos that we want to schedule as Instagram/Facebook Stories. The ability to have them published in the correct order, with a default interval of 1 minute between each story, while also allowing users to set a longer interval between publications in the same story sequence.
This would be extremely useful because stories are often made up of multiple images, and this feature would make scheduling such publications much easier and faster.
