Im looking to purchase this, but the demo function, there is a few things not working for example the service job, once data is entered you cannot submit, is this going to be the case.

I will like to understand what issues are with the script. This is my 4th reinstallation just to be sure all things are good on my end, and i can confirm all are good. installation goes smooth.
But after installation, before i did any settings update or change, i tried testing all features, i notice errors, like that under the sales side menu, the delivery list gives this error, Symfony \ Component \ Routing \ Exception \ RouteNotFoundException PHP 8.4.20 12.55.1 Route [delivery.sendToPathao] not defined.
the packaging slip list gives this error when you try to delete; Symfony \ Component \ HttpKernel \ Exception \ MethodNotAllowedHttpException PHP 8.4.20 12.55.1 The DELETE method is not supported for route packing-slips/delete/2. Supported methods: POST.
the challan list is connected to the packaging slip list with same error and courier list results in errors especially when you try adding courier with ither option?
I tested these also on your demo and the errors are almost the same just that it’s not showing code.

i’ve open the ticket and reply to ticket taking so long to reply, and simple task asking for software access detail and cpanel access and then database access which go noghting to do with the question ? even in you demo it show it wrong try it.

if you were contacting us for the first time, we would have let it go. but you knowingly did it and when confronted on WhatsApp, you doubled down by posting the same issue in your previous ticket too! Since you created a ticket before and received timely support, you know the process. what’s the ‘thinking’ behind posting comments. did you think that will expedite our response?!

Why do you have to load the database with so much junk and expect the buyer to clean it up? Is it really necessary?
why did you use the term ‘junk’ ?! And who said, we want the buyer to clean anything up?
when you install, there’s demo data so that the user has dummy info to play with if he wants to get acquainted with. If he doesn’t need it, he can delete it with one click and our documentation does discuss in in detail.

Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Hi, I like the system and i would like to purchase it, but under your reports, i don’t see the expense reports, i would like to be able to filter expense reports based on categories. this should be able to show me how much expense on a particular Category say electric Bill over all totals minus the rest of the expenses.

I have updated my system to version 5.7.0 (Laravel 12), but I am facing two major issues on my live server that are not present in the demo: 1. JavaScript Error: I am getting Uncaught TypeError: $(...).mCustomScrollbar is not a function in the console. This error is causing the hamburger menu (sidebar toggle) and the profile dropdown to stop working entirely. 2. UI Desync: The sidebar and navbar still look like the old version, even though I have updated the code files. I have already tried: • Clearing Laravel view/cache (php artisan view:clear). • Hard refreshing the browser cache. • Checking the public/vendor folder. It seems like the script crashes at the scrollbar initialization and doesn’t load the rest of the front.js logic. Could you please check if there is a missing dependency or a path change in the new Laravel 12 structure for the scrollbar plugin? My environment: PHP 8.3, Laravel 12. Thank you!”
