After scanning the Qrcode, Can you add the option for customer to enter the number, birthday when they are updating their profile. It can be optional for them. If they can add their name and email, why not add more fields to other important data.
Will there be support for first and last names or phone numbers? Will there also be support for NFC for quick identification?

For the rewards program, is it possible for a partner or client to use their own custom domain or subdomain?
For example, if my loyalty platform is myloyalty.com and I onboard a client, could their customers access the program through something like rewards.clientwebsite.com or clientwebsite.com/rewards, so the customer sees the client’s domain instead of mine?

Hi, I’m interested in Extended license. Can Reward Loyalty be integrated with Toast or other POSs to trigger discount during checkout in POS?
There is an API for such integrations. Building POS connectors ourselves is not something we currently focus on.
Dear developer, I have version 3.35.0 and I’m trying to install version 3.38.0 from the control panel. After the update finishes, it shows a 500 error. I’m using Spanish as the language. Is there a blacklist for establishments? For example, after a successful launch, the loyalty card was valid until 2030, but two days later the partner decided to reduce it to the current date in order to save on rewards?

There is no form on the contact page, and there are no requests for this form in the admin panel; it is not very convenient to answer these questions.
There is also a missing button to block a participant so that their email and login do not pass the next registration.
