This company sucks. This plugin was amazing at one point. Just alone, the total purchases on Codecanyon add up to $5,556,080.00. It’s supposed to be a lifetime license, and that is a complete lie. They make you pay for updates. that amount of money just on this site should be giving auto updates with the licenses provided to us when purchased. It’s nothing but Greed and crap on the customer.

I am unable to import any subscriber too. I I´ve tried even uninstalling the plugin and even deleting the tables on database, Ive deactivated all the features in the security and am trying to import from a CSV file but it doesnt work, ive just can see a 0% and nothing happens.

I am unable to import any subscriber. I have unchecked all the features in the security and am trying to import but it’s not working. I can only see 0% and nothing happens. I tried to import via CSV file upload, pasting the data in the format suggested but nothing has worked out. I have a huge list to upload. This is a feature that was supposed to be working but is not as expected. Is there any resolution for this. I need it very urgently and am stuck.

AmazonSES addon gives an error message: Upstream server failed

Also the Email Health Check fails it keeps spinning.

With sendgrid everything works fine.

Sending with sengrid works fine, with Amazon SES fully authenticated with Endpoint and everything however the sending is stuck, i believe the issue is with the AmazonSES Addon, any fix?

Its impossible to import any subscriber. It freezes on 0% with high PHP limits.

Problem was solved, go to security uncheck everything and save.

Since “campaigns” is a wordpress post type, is there a way to make campaigns (newsletters) show up in the elementor post element? I want to have my newsletters showing on my website instead of wordpress posts.

Is it possible to automatically place WooCommerce customers into a list based on the product category of the items they order?

For example: List: Category X List: Category Y List: Category Z

If a customer orders a product that belongs to Category X, the customer should automatically be added to the Category X list.

Hi, does it work with BREVO smtp ?

are there any plans to support BCC in the near future? Thanks!

Will it work with smtp2go?

It appears that this plugin is no longer being updated. According to the plugin, an update has been available for several weeks, but it is not offered here.

I’m surprised to see that Mailster is not responding anymore, though I believe it’s still going. However, I wanted to ask the author how can I move my plugin from one website to another. Can I just unistall it and re-install on the other website, using my licence, or does it need some tweaking?

I have resolved easily: one has just to disable the licence on the first website and then reactivate it on the other webste. The system recognises everything. Thanks.

Hi, I found a bug: The block form pop up does not show on all woocommerce pages. only wordpress pages and posts does show the pop up. There is no setting for this and also in the settings of the block form you can only check show on all ppages and posts.

If subscriber has blank custom fields verifying such a subscriber causes a FATAL ERROR, here’s the log:

The Time Frame for email delivery function works just not as expected. And you simply can’t configure Mailster to send emails throughout 2 intervals during a day. E.g. I configure it to send emails from 21:00 to 03:00 of next day – what it does is exactly opposite to what I want, it sends emails from 03:00 to 21:00. The setting does not respect the order of time input, it just treats lower number as “from” time and bigger number as “to” time. This is ridiculous.

Mailster seems to be a fraud of a developer because I have 2 licenses I have purchased that are lifetime licenses that are supposed to give me updates no matter what. Every time I do anything it tells me I have to upgrade and I have a legacy license when that is B.S. I have a Premium License that I bought 2 of those right here on CodeCanyon and it’s not giving me updates anymore. It says right on the purchase page that there is updates not 1 year of updates it’s only 1 year of support. Updates are included for life. Total Crap.

This isn’t good when those of us have serious concerns about this plugin we all have purchased and nobody seems to get any resolutions or replys. It shows to me the developers don’t give a crap about anyone other than money. Buying a license on codecanyon means lifetime updates, not being forced in the app to have to pay for an upgrade to get updates. That is my major issue, I have spent 400.00 on two life time licenses and can’t update them because it tells me I have to upgrade.

Two weeks and no response, and looks like everyone else has problems with Mailster. They take our money and run. I haven’t been able to update in months because the program tells me I have a legacy license when that’s some B.S. and I have to upgrade. I have a lifetime license, 2 of them, actually, and I can’t do anything because it wants me to pay for something I already own.

Do this plugin support multisite network? That is, with one WordPress and this plugin installation, the sites owner can run multiple websites with different domain names And the content of each domain website can be completely different. If supported, what is the entire operation process and sequence?

I purchased mailster some months ago and run into several technical issues – I got basically no support.

I the beginning I got some copy and paste answers but when I started to invest into proper bug reporting they stopped answering.

I confirmed and showed them bugs in their official live demo.

I even tracked down bugs in their .php files with the help of chatgpt and described bugs very clearly – they are just ghosting me.

I even made an appointment with the owner (Xaver Birsak) twice via his calendly – he never showed up despite he confirmed the meeting upfront.

Other folks experienced the same: https://www.reddit.com/r/Wordpress/comments/1eb5ail/is_mailster_still_good_whats_your_recommendation/

this is just a cash cow being exploited.

Is mailster discontinued or canceled project?
