We are facing serious issues with your StackPosts panel.

The core feature (social media posting) is not working at all. Whenever we try to publish posts, nothing gets posted on social platforms.

Because of this, we are also facing issues with Facebook Developer API access, and our work is completely stuck.

Now your team is saying that the license has expired, but we need clear clarification before renewing:

1. Is posting completely disabled due to license expiry? 2. If we renew the license, will posting start working immediately without any additional fixes? 3. Is this issue related to Facebook API permissions, or is it a problem with your script? 4. Can you provide a working demo (video or live proof) showing that posting is functioning properly on your system?

We have already spent a lot of time dealing with these issues, so we cannot proceed with payment unless we are confident the system is fully working.

Please provide a clear and honest response.

I have been trying to integrate Microsoft OneDrive API. It’s been a tug of wall. I keep getting this error: invalid_request: The provided value for the input parameter ‘redirect_uri’ is not valid. The expected value is a URI which matches a redirect URI registered for this client application.

Hello Admin,

I appreciate the effort behind Replix, but currently, the system is riddled with critical bugs that make it nearly impossible to test or use effectively. Here are the major issues I’ve encountered:

1. Login Stability – The session disconnects automatically within 10–20 seconds. Permanent login is not possible.

2. Contact Management – After creating a group phone number, the Add Contact page becomes unavailable. New numbers cannot be added.

3. Watermark Functionality – Instead of allowing selection or reuse of an uploaded image, the system repeatedly asks to upload a new watermark.

4. Missing Models: WhatsApp Live Chat – Entire modules are absent. For example: Reference: WhatsApp Live Chat Documentation – https://doc.stackposts.com/docs/stackposts-v9/modules-15886/replix-ai-whatsapp-bulk-sender-chatbot-automation-module-for-stackposts/how-to-use/whatsapp-live-chat/ Many users have reported similar issues.

5. Performance & Documentation – Both need significant improvement. Current documentation is insufficient for troubleshooting or scaling.

6. Waziper Integration – After the last server update, WhatsApp accounts get blocked after ~1000 messages, even though all numbers are saved as contacts with prior conversations. This suggests Meta’s WhatsApp algorithm has changed, and the module requires urgent research and redevelopment to align with new compliance rules.

At present, these bugs prevent even basic testing. The system needs urgent fixes, stronger documentation, and performance optimisation. Without addressing these, users cannot rely on Replix for production use.

Please let us know the timeline for resolution, as these issues are blocking real-world deployment.

The demo is showing a 500 Server Error and is not working. Could you please check it?

Why do I always get redirected to a support ticket? Why not just reply here? I already bought it, so don’t intentionally create a system bug to get help and redirect it to a support ticket.
