We don’t understand. We have several modules with you, and they’re all having problems. Unfortunately, we’ve had to change our host and domain name, but it’s impossible for us to install them. We’d like to know the page where we can do it without problems and be able to use them. Regards.

You can keep records in the notes of each asset, but our module is not connected to the Invoicing controller in order to create relations between those two.

QR is not a function included in the current version. Your local copy shall work exactly like the online demo we do provide.

Yeap, some of those features are already on our to-dos list for this module.

Can we enable custom fields for the Assets module? Currently, the option is available for other modules like Leads and Staff but not for Assets
Custom fields can be supported with custom development. Thats not a feature of the current version.
But for many other modules there is pre available option without any custom development
And also can we assign the assets while creating one (Demo I already checked) there is only option for assigning to client)

When I click on “Assets” in the right-side asset control panel, it doesn’t appear and shows a blank area. It was working fine in the older version of Perfex, but this issue started after updating the CRM to version 3.2.1 and PHP to version 8.3. How can I resolve this?
I can confirm that this is not the default behavior of our module.
You will need to raise a support ticket so our technical team review your issue and troubleshoot it.
When using this module together with your rest api I get a 500 error on php 8.0 and 8.1 server even on the latest version of this plugin.

There is no allocation control on the client Project (relation) and the item is displayed on the Project tab in Client Portal

Hello, in PHP version 8.2.8, after clicking on the asset code, the item window does not appear. In PHP version 7.4, it works without any issues. How can this be fixed?
It shall work just fine – many of our clients use PHP 8.2, 8.3 etc.

You need remove the files from the current installation, in order to avoid license lock during activation under a new instance/domain.
Once you do so from the old URL, please use the Licensing Flush tool ( its link can be found on the bottom left of New Ticket Creation link: https://themesic.com/support/ticket/new ), in order to have your license resetted through Envato Licensing API.
You will be able to activate the license at the new instance now, but please ensure that it is not active in any other instances, as that will trigger a new license lock.

Like all assets don’t get depp with same .. Some go down like 20 a year and some like 50% a year and some 5% a year. Is there any option to add it while adding item?
