Ah, no, that logo mention is related to the new PWA settings, which now allow you to set custom icons for the PWA app (alongside auto-generated splash screens, which previously had to be created manually).

1) So far, we haven’t received such a complaint, but this could totally be valid if using managed LiveKit from their end, not self-hosted.

You can, however, as you mentioned, self-host the livekit infra and avoid this, or use the alternative, pushrcdn-based streaming, which should allow adult content out of the box (but it’s RTMP streaming, requires OBS).

2) Not exactly sure which menu you’re referring to, but generally speaking, for updating menu’s structures/icons, custom changes might be required.

3) Yes, this is on our TODO list. Hoping to do it either with the next version or the one after.

4) Though the script was mainly targeting multi-creator platforms, there is a set of settings that can be used to restrict media posting capabilities to other creators. I did see a couple of successful instances doing this in the past.

5) Unfortunately no, at the moment, but this is an item on our backlog, we do plan to add previews for posts in upcoming updates.

Unfortunately, at the moment, post attachments re-ordering is not available, but I have now created a ticket on this, so we can add it to upcoming updates.

If not wrong, at the moment, the order is inherited by upload order, but that makes things a bit funky when uploading multiple files at the same time, so I see how an actual ordering feature is necessary.

From what I recall, Hostinger has some caveats:

• Even though you can explicitly select the overwrite option when moving files, they are underlaying do delete and move
• Symlinks get invalidated after replacing files; it must be redone

That first item, which really seems like a file manager bug on their end, can cause the missing installed issue.

TLDR:

• Per Envato terms, extended licenses are required for instances where the end users are charged for (e.g., using the payment system).
• You can not resell to customers in an “on-demand” manner. Each instance requires its own license.
• You can start with a regular license to test out the product and upgrade later when you start earning with it.

So, a few notes on the blurred previews:

• For images, the GD PHP library is required (99% already there)
• For videos, ffmpeg or coconut transcoding is required (and mp4 re-conversion enforced)

Then once these prequisites are met, media should get blurred previews. Also note that in order to preview the blurred previews, you’d need to preview some PPV locked post from a non-admin account (or even browse the profile in incognito).

Also note that blurred previews are not generated retroactively; they will only be generated for the media uploaded from now on, so to speak.

That’s if you need custom homepage/landing page changes. For many other aspects, you can use the admin panel to change branding aspects, then for the texts, you can find any text string in the language files @ lang/en.json (or your custom language file).

As for the changes, yes, they can be done over FTP, though if you go for complex changes, such a deployment flow is better @ https://docs.qdev.tech/justfans/documentation.html#custom-maintenance , but requires a bit of tech/git knowledge.

1. Yes, so there is a GEO-blocking system in place (3rd party based) through which creators can block whatever countries they want from accessing their profile. This is a user-level setting; if you’d like global countries/regions blocking, you can achieve that easier via Cloudflare for example.

2. So at the moment, updates are manual, meaning you have to:

• Download the latest zip from Envato
• Upload it to your server and unzip it
• Delete the default .env file from the unziped folder (so it won’t override yours)
• Copy (override) the new folder files over your main ones
• Run the database update step at domain.com/update

That should be it, but if you go for custom changes within your project, you might want to go for a custom private repo route. More details at:

OR, it could happen if you miss the symlink on the local storage (e.g., you should get a warning on the admin dashboard if that’s the case).
