Hello,

is this plugin capable of showing the available inventories and inventory quantity for a selected date?

I just want some way to check the availability of my vehicles (inventory + quantity) for a specific date in RNB plugin.

As far as I can see the standard RNB plugin does not have a way to show me the availability.

Hi Unfortunately that is not possible and will require additional code customization.

So I have a booking system which cannot show me the availability of my vehicles?

This should be an expected feature for a booking system.

A quick question — currently, with the plugin, the dates in an order can’t be edited (or rather, they can be changed, but the calendar doesn’t reflect the update). If I purchase this addon, will I be able to edit the dates in the backend order and have them automatically update in the calendar?

I have a couple of questions: Is it possible to set a buffer time before and after a reservation (for example one day before and after a reservation you cannot book). And also: I have to configure each individual product or can I synchronize the rental settings? My catalog already has 200 products. Thank you

Hi yes you can set buffer time. we do have import system that you can use for synchronize your products.

1. What is the difference between the Resource vs RnB Categories vs Woocommerce Categories? 2. Should I use Woocommerce Categories for “grouping” ? 3. What is the use case for RnB Categories vs RnB Resources? 4. is the RnB Categories necessary? Can I remove it from being an “option/ attribute” on the front end and stored order meta data? 5. Can I switch to Woocommerce categories as I want to “group” inventories for better ease of reference. 6. Is there a way to allow “multiple adult/ child” selections?

HI 1.RnB Categories are part of the inventory taxonomy used specifically for filtering RnB products. WooCommerce Categories function as product categories and are primarily used for grouping products in the store. Resources are another taxonomy used in the RnB plugin, mainly for defining inventory attributes.

2.Yes, you can use WooCommerce categories for grouping products, but keep in mind that RnB categories are required for filtering based on inventory taxonomy.

3.Both RnB Categories and Resources are taxonomies. Their usage depends on your needs. If required, you can turn them off in the backend settings.

4.RnB Categories are optional, and you can disable them through the backend settings if they are not needed.

5.No, you cannot switch inventory categories to product categories, as they serve different purposes.

6.Unfortunately, this feature is not currently available.

Presales question : in your demo video for backend booking, I see that you use the default WooCommerce Products but you also have this “Inventory” listing. What is the difference between both?

Hi For our plugin you have to create inventory and products and then add the inventory with the product.

Hello, how are you? Generally, if a person rents something for one day and returns it the next day, that counts as one day. In this system, it counts as two days. How can I make it so that when it’s rented for one day and returned the next day, it only counts as one day?

What I see is that the single day option only works for today(unchecked). If I select from the 15th to the 16th, it counts as 2 days. Is that a bug in the plugin? I need it so that for any day, not just the current day, if it’s selected for one day and returned the next day, it counts as only 1 day.

Hi we have both option that 15-16 will count as 2 days and 15-16 will count as one day depending on configuration..

I have a huge problem with the back end metabox. When I select a product the days and all its calculates very well, When I submit the ass dorder its instead of mutiply price per day per items its divides the price per day per the day amount.

My plugins versions are : Version 16.0.5 and 2.0.1

EX: 2 Chairs (55 per day each) x 1 day = 110 (till here we go in the metabox) Already have open ticket in your support

So in the order appears 27.50 (cost) * 2 = 55

If a product doesn’t have any pickup location option, resources option, or adult select option, it works fine. What can I do? Can you help solve this issue or provide a refund?

Hi Yes, you can rename the pickup date time as checkin date and time.

Would be interested in this once it supports editing existing orders including - Changing pick-up and return dates in a convinient way - Lowering the deposit and adding a service charge to the product (e.g. if something was returned dirty and needed to be cleaned) - Manually be able to adjust rental prices per day
