This plugin constantly crashes my site.
I have tried: 1. Installing using Wp admin - result crash the site
2. Deactivate all other woo plugins other then the two recommended in your documentation - site crashes
3. Uploading using FtP
- crashes
4 uploaded with FTP and renamed folder - crashes
They requested FTP cred ( not sure how i feel about this) and went to reply and support had expired and cant send them a note. Makes me wonder if i should find another back end booking system if this plugin by the same company does not work.

Is there any plans to expand this add-on to include editing orders? That includes checking availability of items added / returning stock to available for deleted items?
Also updating the information in the calendar?
Thus giving store owners full control of orders from the back end.
Hi Unfortunately at present we do not plan to add order editing system. However we have forwarded your feature request to our team for them to have a look into the possibility of adding such features on our future updates.

Issue Description - When I want to create a new order, I added my product in the right, the inventory and below html divs is loading all the time. All modules are up to date, tried to debug the javascript and looks like its giving some errors related to deposits.
Important : When I remove deposits from inventory, the order gets placed and when I enable deposits again the inventory keeps loading..

The authors of this plugin are lazy and incompetent. Inventory calculations don’t work, availability is a problem even when there should be items left in the inventory. Date ranges are always wrongly calculated and create calendar availability issues. Support is a joke. My client is losing a lot of money because of this company’s negligence and I’m thinking of taking further action in order to hold them accountable for their unwillingness to react to bug reports. FIX INVENTORY AND CALENDAR ISSUES NOW!!!!

You haven’t updated the documentation since 2019 and it’s absolutely useless considering the vast amount of changes in WordPress, WooCommerce, WPML and your very own plugins. You said you would do it and you don’t. Inventory is a complete mess with WPML, there’s no compatibility. “Resources” produce a a loop when adding and order in the back end and make it impossible to add a product that has a resource. Your main RnB plugin plugin produces PHP errors: “Warning: Illegal string offset ‘posted_data’ in /home/www/wp/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-rental-and-booking/includes/rnb-core-functions.php on line 228”. You very rarely include change logs in time whenever you release an update. What’s worse, every update tends to break more things than solve them. You make my job very hard and stressful and I’m not about to give you full access to my client’s e-commerce which needs to be functional 24/7, so that you can play around with it when you can’t even understand the simplest of bugs reports. Just what I’d need: you costing me my job! The lack of proper documentation and interest in your clients are clear proof of your disregard for a responsible work ethic.
Who is writing on behalf of the company redqteam here? Do they pay you to lie or are you just oblivious to any technical aspect of your product and WordPress?
1) You better check (just one example) the link https://rnb-doc.vercel.app/wpml. Not only WPML has changed dramatically, but even YOUR OWN PRODUCT’S taxonomy has changed, which means that it is literally impossible to configure your plugins using that documentation.
2) Re: “Also we checked your support ticket that you opened previously and you did not provided us with the details requested by our support team ”—You asked me for full administrator access to MY CLIENT’S VERY BUSY E-COMMERCE site and I explained to you (not only in that support ticket, but also in a review of your main RnB plugin) that: A) I cannot give you administrator access to my client’s business operation, which would unavoidable be linked to unrestricted access to business internet accounts, customer data and financial data and tools; 2) my client’s e-commerce platform cannot be treated as a testing environment and needs to be online and functional 24/7 (just a couple of hours of downtime could result in a substantial loss of revenue.
3) You don’t even have WPML installed in your own testing environment (that is very clear considering that you don’t even know how outdated 4 years your WPML config documentation is) and you dare tell me that you “are not facing such issues”? Stop being lazy and install and configure woocommerce with those 2 plugins of yours and WPML and see how absolutely incompatible they are. My client is permanently running out of inventory because with WPML the inventory system simply DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY. Moreover, don’t you dare tell me I’m the only one with this problem because on CodeCanyon you can find a user’s comment saying he has the same problem. Coincidentally, that’s one of the few comments to which your company hasn’t replied, and the comment/report isn’t new at all.
If you don’t fix these serious bugs, I’ll be approaching Envato with a legal request they take down from the market a product that is objectively and invariably bugged and defective. You seem to fail to understand that if you are selling a product which promises certain functionality and stability and your customers’ businesses and livelihood depend on this, you can just ignore the bug reports. Just like a car manufacturer can’t ignore security issues reported by 5 people out of 5 million customers. I won’t let this slide, do your job!

Regarding admin access, we can understand your point of view, and hence we requested a staging site that you are yet to provide. Yes, we understand that you might be facing issues, but the issue is not coming from our plugin. Our plugin works well with WMPL. The issue that you are facing can be there for different reasons such as version conflict, not setting up properly, and many more. Hence we needed to look into your site and why it is not working on your end. But till now we did not have the opportunity to look into it and help you out on this. We have WPML in our testing environment and from our end, our plugin is working well with WMPL. So if you are facing any issues please let us know in detail on the support portal and our team will assist you.
Hello, unfortunately the backend booking doesn’t work anymore. When I want to create a new order, then select the customer and then add my inventory, the inventory is loading all the time. All modules are up to date and it worked flawlessly before. Since there is no new version on your part, it may have to clash with the new versions. Please check. Many Thanks.
And before it is written here that a support ticket should be opened, this is not possible because the support window is already over. Despite this, the plugin should continue to work.

As I wrote above, we use the latest versions that are available in the download area. That was the first thing I checked.

I renamed the folder via FTP, then reinstalled the plugin. It works now. But very strange that reinstalling didn’t do anything…

Hi Yes, in the back end you will find rnb calendar where wou will be able to see all the orders.
I downloaded this plugin with high hopes (as I found the booking and reental plugin relatively straight forward to use) but it won’t upload and install. It says “the uploaded file is not a compatible plugin”

Hi I bought the RnB plugin – WooCommerce Booking & Rental Plugin but I can’t get the following functionality: from the variable product page (the customer selects size and color) I would like the user to not only buy the product (clothing) but also rent it for a specific period. The customer makes a security deposit and signs a monthly subscription that allows him to choose products up to the desired amount each month. Is it possible to have this functionality with this plugin?

Hi our plugin is a rental plugin only. We do not have any searching or filtering features.
This plugin does not work. It creates conflicts with RNB booking plugin and sometimes makes the the whole website go into critical mode. Delete the plugin and everything works fine again. Been in contact with the developers with alot of issues with the rnb plugin and they do not know how to fix the problems ive been having nor pin point on what is wrong. Be very careful when you purchase from redqteam, understand that their support is very limited and they do not take responsibility of their own issues.

I bought RnB backend booking addon with Turbo – WooCommerce Rental & Booking Theme by redqteam a few days ago, and I have problem because this addon do not appear in the WooCommerce (backend) order. I’ve tried uninstall every plugin and then intall it again but still don’t work. I have every plugin up-to-date and still have note at the top in admin panel “RnB Backend Booking requires min RnB and latest wooCommerce version. Please make sure you’ve the right version of required plugins”.

Hi 1. this is an add-on of our RNB plugin so without RNB this will not work. 2. you can set pick up and return location prices via our plugin.
