This is a major issue in a FINANCE and MONEY PORTAL. THESE GUYS ASK MONEY IF YOU USE THEIR SUPPORT SYSTEM.AND THIS IS NOT EVEN BUYERS FAULT THAT THESE TECH ISSUES ARE THERE.

The work around for this is to go to TEMP SOLUTION /core/vendor/laravel/framework/src/Illuminate/Foundation/Http/Middleware/TransformsRequest.php line 55 or 56 and find out ‘width’ => $forms‘form_width’, and comment it out. even then it through the error of width is required but atleast it is shown in the database once the form is edited. These guys are not forrible, they are purposefully looting people cause when you go to their support , they only ask for money for what? to resove the issues the horrible tecchnial errors in their own code. So you pay for the script, then you pay for the support , and then you find the errors also , i dont know if they charge extra for resolving their own errors but this company is taking for a ride. and codecanyon is supporting these people.

Now i am just waiting for your creative response asking for money to fix your own errors and faulty script. Just imagine , at first you could have just made your script workable and error free, you would have been praised so well. Now for just $39 , see what all humiliation you are facing. Instead of put efforts in giving people the error free code, go have it audited somewhere. These codecanyon people are AH good for nothing. I resolved it. But your code, form section has errors, ITs a simple thing to put your code on AI , and ask them to point out errors. there are few. You should produce a audit report. #Codecanyon guys are AH, they should ask from every developer for every product, but they dont do that. none the less , we are launching our own marketplace, heavily coming down on codecanyon. hopefully by June.

PHP message: PHP Warning: file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. is not within the allowed path(s)
This is after first clean install on the server after purchasing this script. There is no maintenance.php and this error is after the install and before the admin login.

You cannot rely on their general support, They only do paid support.
You cannot Add any currencies in this script. The documentation is misleading and is not complete. purposefully the documentation is kept very loose.

I never installed your product, Now for few days i am unable to renew the support, but nor do i require it, As i only need to understand the scope of your product as , what are the capabilities etc. and hence just asking if a new crypto currency can be added. If that is what requires me to renew the support which i never took , then i shall do it , but your support is non existent till one renews it. there is not support for non paying general purpose. The support what i expected , is for you to have detailed documentation. where it is easy for people to not be mislead. Now you want to create a tunnel out of discrepancies of your own code and its documentation , so no worries , i will do it sooner.
