Can you guys resolve the problem I have with this app. i have created a support ticket #425167. I have been trying to solve this issue for the past week but the support is too slow to come by.

I am very frustrated with the level of support from this guys. When you create a ticket, they will close the ticket and ask you to create a new ticket without solving the issue. I have created over 6 ticket for the same issue. I think they do that deliberately to frustrate the customer. It is going to be bad for business. If you offer support, make sure you fulfill your promise. I have been struggling with this issue for the past 3 months with no support. Too bad
keep remmember that if you need support then you have to create ticket on support dept. no if you are ticket on abuse deptor installation dept then its simple they never answer about those. make sense and create ticket on support dept to get suppot

I have the same issue, fake support spamming ticket. Tickets are created by non user. Viser, we aren’t stupid. This is a know issue on all of your scripts.

It alters the base currency rate from 1=1 to some funny rates. You need to check it. Currency API (currencyapi.com) works fine.
