Thank you much for your fast response. My process of overiding is using the Perfex english_lang.php in the Application folder. The change is not taking effect with this logic: $lang[‘affiliate_management_client_menu’] = ‘new name here’;

Ensure you have followed the Perfex guide here: https://help.perfexcrm.com/overwrite-translation-text/ carefully using custom_lang.php file as mentioned on the guide

Thank you much for your response. I do have the custom_lang.php and its set up and working properly. I have other translated functions inside that works well. Are you sure your translation key affiliate_management_client_menu is correct? Because it doesn’t change the test.

Affiliate can register through the existing Signup form. They can then find a link on the menu or on the dedicate join affiliate to Join the affiliate. You can option to auto approve or review every join requests.

Am still wondering, where is the affiliate form? when i check the settings it reffers to a registration link which does not open a form for an affiliate to do self registration. Kindly guide me on the same as i cant seem to see where the registration form is which i can embed on my website

This module originally supported Perfex CRM 3.0, but it has recently been updated and now requires Perfex CRM 3.1.+ or higher. We update the description now also to reflect the changes.
Since you already purchased the module, please update your Perfex installation to version 3.1.* to activate it successfully. If you need any assistance during the update, feel free to reach out — we are here to help.

Trust all is well with you. I noticed commission is calculated on the full invoice with VAT included. Since VAT is … well VAT, is it possible for the module to calculate commission based on the actual amount before VAT?

Hello we found a critical bug after last update 1.0.9 / 1.1.0 module is bugged and does not work as needed, all new referrals won’t reward affiliate for some reason. Old referrals work normally.
Please after the fix also make the process commissions retroactive button fix the missing commissions.

hi there, 3 pre-sales questions .. Your module is good and meets a lot of what we need. We a few questions, please answer the following questions:
1. Is there a setting in the Affiliate portal that allows us to show the Affiliate the total sum of the invoice and not a breakdown of what’s on the invoice? We have variances in prices, and we don’t want affiliates comparing prices and asking questions. 2. When the affiliate sends a referral, it goes into the Customer status and not the leads status- how can we change that? We don’t want to falsely inflate our stats on the number of customers we have, as we may not get the referral business. 3. In the affiliate portal, can we make it so that the affiliate can log referrals- like Names and contact info and see the status of the referral with the company? From what I can see, you can only create and manage a referral from the company side and not the affiliate side.
If it’s not possible to do any of these things, are you planning on adding any of these features in future?

1,2. No we do not have this options. For the later, you can optimize other form of rewarding i.e on paid invoices only.
3. This is in place and the affiliate can see his logs. Affiliate can see those referred, earnings and make withdrawals.
For missing features, we are open to implementation with increase in requests.

The upgrade button is only a minor issue and oversight from our end. We already fix this and will be available on codecanyon in about 5 minutes (i.e you only need to redownload).
Sorry about lost of your data. Uninstalling will clear not just settings but also other data.
If you have backup before uninstalling, you can restore from that.

How do I know if the person register as affiliate if they share the same page and also I do not allow my customer to register direct.

IF you do not plan to allow customer registration form. You can also create affiliate directly from your dashboard by selecting any contact details.

We have now started testing the module and have several questions.
1. contacts cannot see each other’s sales, even if they belong to the same customer. Is this correct? Can you confirm this for us? Because we don’t want to put our customers/contacts in an uncomfortable situation.
2. we would like the partner link and unique ID to be more secure/unique with an advanced UUID generator. Is this possible?
For example: 2b969af9-33b6-4d27-ae50-a0fcfddbe9ca
3. we have no way of deleting or permanently blocking a partner without rejecting them. But this is important. He is stuck in the partner level all the time.
4. we would need a permanent option because it doesn’t matter to us in the affiliate reward model when he clicks.

1. Yes, affiliate is localized to individual contact and only the contact owner can see own referals and earnings.
2. No we do not have this.
3. We will consider add option for removing affiliate in the next update.
4. We do not understand your point here. If this is related to #3 then we will be adding delete option to affiliates table.
5. No we do not have this yet.
6. We do not understand clearly your point here. We have only affiliate referral ID which is editable by the contact/customer to any suitable unique word.

2. Most user prefer to show memorable referral ID. If your use case require long non human friendly ID like UUID, then you might need to customize the module for this.

The editing issue was because you are using the admin account as only the affiliate has the ability.
However, we believe this should not be and only admin should has such ability to maintain consistency and integrity.
In v1.0.7, we fix this and added affiliate removal button.
