I have bought the saas module. Under saas module i also have activated the affiliate module. Under setting there is no option to define commission amount.
1. When we go to demo of saas then there is no option to define affiliate commission how this will work.
2. When we go to the demo of affiliate module there is option to define the affiliate commission.

Hi. Payment Removal is not working. If I delete the payment entry the allocated affiliate amount must be removed too. How is the affiliate commission counts. We want the TAX Amount, Adjustment Amount and Discount Amount to be excluded from calculation. The incentive should be on the final amount after deducting everything where its %. For first invoice payment how it calculate when the invoice is edited or payment is received in 2 slots? Do you have road map for giving product group wise affiliate commission %, it will be better for all users.
can you plan to have the option to set different % for first invoices and rest invoice payments? ITS VERY IMPORTANT logic for most business models.

Commission reversal when a payment is deleted will be available in the next update.
At this moment, when using percent (%), the percentage calculation is only on the amount paid and thus we do not have any issue with multiple payment on single invoice.

Thanks a lot for giving a positive response. 1. The scenario is, the amount paid by the customer includes TAX, and the TAX portion cant be used as a commision. i.e. if the customer piad ₹100 and TAX is ₹18, hence the % of commision must be calculated upon on ₹88. 2. Usually we have different Commision % depending on the product bought by the customer, if its a service item group such as website design or development, it would be higher, if its digital product item group such as SSL Certificate and Domain Registration the commision would be lower. (these are only example) 3. The affiliate program is super awesome here in this plugin (https://codecanyon.net/item/affiliate-management-for-perfex-crm/37271690) but the UI and rest part is very complex. Hey, additional fix is required. For example if a invoice is moved to “Paid” then it will credit affiliate with the % he should receive all good.
But if for some reason then the deal is cancelled and I change this invoice to unpaid it should also deduct amount from affiliate and even move him into minus if needed.
Affiliate shouldn’t be paid for something that was cancelled and did not happen at the end, so it should update accordingly.

However, reversal will only work on removal of invoice payment only and not change in invoice status.

Thanks So you mean if invoice status is cancelled it’s not enough? I think it’s better to be based on the status instead of deleting the invoice..
Anyhow let me know how it will work..
Also I need the recalculate option so I can re-loads old invoices into an Affiliate and or if for example affiliate got 20% commission but should get 30% commission I can recalculate to fix this.

Thank you for your reply. I have one more question regarding the commission cap. Suppose I set Group 1 with a 10% discount and a commission cap of 10,000. If the affiliate reaches this cap, and I move them to the next group (Group 2) with a 15% discount and a commission cap of 20,000, will the affiliate’s income reset to zero, or will it continue from where it left off at 10,000?

Hello, Can we expect an update soon or shall I develop the needed features with my own devs? Hopefully you can make it happen so I can enjoy your future updates as well instead develop on my own from that point.
I will write in the priority order. I need:
1. Option to manually assign a referral to an affiliate. As I explained before, so if I have an existing client I can assign that client to an affiliate manually.
2. Option that all forms with /{Affiliate-example-link} will also get assigned to the affiliate so I can use forms as well and not only registration page as many users will just leave a form and that’s it usually nobody wants to register….
3. Add pay-out methods so I can give few options for affilates.
That’s for now I guess, hopefully you can make those needed changes which will surely push this module to the next level.

Hey ulutfa , Nice module! I bought another affiliate module with much more sales and it was way worse and much less functionable.
Much needed feature please add it will surely make your sales explode! Please let me know if you are going to develop this or I am on my own so I don’t waste time waiting for this solution from your end.
1. Make affiliate program so I can duplicate the offers and assign it to different affiliates, so I can close with one 15% referral and with another 30% referral this is much needed feature. Make main offer which will appear on the frontend like now and add option to duplicate new offers like affiliate program 1, 2, 3, etc and then by default it assign the main program to new affiliate but if I want to close different terms with one affiliate I can assign it to him.
2. It doesn’t count the invoice of the refer guy as commission not sure if the module has a bug or it’s only in my system.

3. Please duplicate this module and create it as commission for staff, So if I have a staff member I want to rewards 5% for everyday he makes I can use new version of this module to do so!
I will buy it right away. It should be easy to do you just re-name affiliate to Staff commission or something like this, then I can add Staff to receive commission with the same settings and they will see their commission dashboard in the employee dashboard instead of the customer dashboard and staff members can request payout for this commission

3 – What about giving ability for staff to join the affiliate program ?
So basically tested the main function, I created one affiliate (user “A”) account and I used the registration link to register (user “B”) It did successfully updated and user B is registered under user A in the affiliate module
Then I used an employee account to create an invoice on user B and user A did not receive a commission from the invoice although he should.
Not sure why it failed.

Hey, found a bug. When trying to process a pay-out, it successfully goes to status processing but then gets stuck and approve button doesn’t work it gives an error: “Payout already processed with status processing”

Additional feature that will help a lot: I already have affiliates who I record their rewards manually so we need an option to manually assign a customer to his affiliate.
There’s existing customers who already registered without an affiliate assigned to them and I need somehow to manually assign so they don’t have to re-register under their affiliate which is super uncomfortable
If you listen to me this module will be the best and you will have many sales those small features are easy to do.

Joining affiliate does not need any form filling/registration for existing users, just a click of button.
You can do this for the customer by logging in as the customer and click the ‘Join Affiliate’ button or menu and affiliate will be shown instantly

I meant I had people who affiliate for me and forward new customers to me before I used your module and we would manage it in excel file.
So now I have user A who is already registered and user B who referred to me user A.
User B gets rewards for user’s A invoices manually via excel for the last few months.
Now I have your module.
I want option to manually assign user A as referral of user B. So user B will start receiving commission with your module.
it think it should be very easy just one field where you can assign referrals one or more manually into an affiliate so the affiliate will start receiving commission for those users who administrator manually assign to it.

I suggest you also to duplicate it and market a new module as sales commission so we can use similar module for employees rewards.
So I can set my employee to receive 15% rewards for every invoice he creates and manage.
And it will be inner dashboard similar to the affiliate dashboard just for employee.
There’s an excising module for this and it’s bad and buggy.
If you make it I will buy right away. Should take some adjustments and not a big deal as you already built almost all functionality in this module
