Hi,
Thank you for sharing your ticket ID (#nj8Rk60L). We’ve received it and will review your case in detail.
We’ll get back to you through the support panel as soon as possible with an update. Thank you for your patience.
please how can i update from version 5.3.6, where can i download the version 5.3.7 and version 5.3.8 files.
Hi,
Thank you for your message.
You can download the latest version (5.3.9) directly from your Envato (CodeCanyon) account under the “Downloads” section.
Please note that we do not provide older intermediate versions (such as 5.3.7 or 5.3.8) within the main package, as including all past versions would significantly increase the package size and make maintenance inefficient.
If you specifically need access to certain previous versions or require guided update steps from 5.3.6, please create a support ticket. I can prepare a dedicated download package for you and guide you through the update process.
Also, please note that your support period has expired. To receive update assistance via the support system, you’ll need to renew your support license before submitting a ticket.
Thank you for your understanding.
do you plan to add pushr.io storage ?
Yes, I’ve already included this in the upcoming update. Pushr is currently ready to use, but the update itself is not finalized yet as I’m still adding a few improvements and new features. I’ll be publishing an announcement for version 5.4 very soon, so please stay tuned.
It would be great to redesign the interface like x.com — with 5 sidebar icons and an additional “…” button that opens the rest in a contextual submenu. The goal would be to make the interface simpler, focusing only on the essentials, like this example: https://prnt.sc/8JNGPuKnKd4t . This approach works really well because the interface is clean and simple. I could implement it myself, but if you could take inspiration from this kind of layout, that would be ideal.
Thank you for your suggestion.
The interface approach you mentioned is clearly shaped around your own project needs and personal preferences, and in that context it can be an ideal solution. However, Dizzy is built to serve a wide range of users with different use cases, so the default interface needs to remain more universal.
That said, with the new theme system I’m currently developing, you will be able to create new themes based on your own requirements. This allows you to build a layout similar to the one you shared, or have it custom-developed specifically for your project.
Alright, will customizing the PHP code be easier with this redesign?
If you can implement a system that allows features to be disabled—for example, disabling the marketplace—and also disable elements on the right side like “Top Members,” that would be great.
Yes, you will be able to create your own design and framework using the existing PHP codebase. To support this process, I will be providing comprehensive theme documentation specifically prepared for developers.
If you have any questions or require assistance at any stage, you are always welcome to reach out via the support panel.
Regarding feature management, the ability to enable or disable specific features has been available in the admin panel since the initial release of the script. For instance, if you wish to disable the marketplace functionality, you can do so under the “Shop Feature Status” section located at Admin -> Settings -> Limits.
Additionally, if there are any new features you would like to see implemented, you can submit your suggestions via: https://support.dizzyscripts.com/suggestionsAll submitted ideas are open for voting, and the most requested features are prioritized and included in upcoming updates.
Good morning, can you see my ticket #nj8Rk60L? Thank you.
Good morning,
Yes, we have reviewed your ticket (#nj8Rk60L) and provided a detailed response. Please check your ticket for our reply.
Thank you.
Very friendly and pleasant service, quick responses to questions, and professional support. The script is continuously being developed, so it’s clear the author cares about user satisfaction.
This script is among the top when it comes to quality, price, and customer service. The author puts a lot of effort into improvements, which is evident from the recent updates—definitely deserving a 5+.
What I really like is that each regular post has its own slug, which helps with indexing. Most platforms of this type just add a number at the end of the URL, causing search engine bots to ignore such content, but here it’s handled very well. The sitemap is also a big plus for Dizzy.
It’s great that users can suggest changes and improvements, and the author actually takes them into account. This gives users a real impact on the development of the product they’ve purchased.
Best regards, and thank you for your help. If anyone is looking for a script, this one is truly excellent.
Thank you very much for your kind and detailed feedback.
I truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. It means a lot to see that the ongoing development, performance improvements, and support quality are recognized and valued.
Your comments about the SEO structure, especially the individual slug system and sitemap, are particularly important. These are areas I’ve carefully focused on to ensure long-term value for creators using the platform.
I also strongly believe that a product should evolve together with its users. Your feedback and suggestions play a key role in shaping future updates, and I always take them into consideration as part of the development process.
Thanks again for your trust and support. I’m committed to continuously improving the product and delivering the best possible experience.
Best regards

Hello,
Thank you for your message.
I have already reviewed your ticket and responded there. The issues you reported have been checked and the necessary fixes have been applied on your server.
Please check your support ticket for the detailed explanation.
If you need any additional assistance, feel free to reply to the ticket and I will be happy to help.
Best regards.
I sent you a message in the same ticket.
Hi
Reviewed your ticket and responded.
Please check.
Regards.
I answered there
Hi, the script is really great, fantastic, but your ticket system is really bad. If I open a ticket, I cannot open another one until I close the first one. And if I close the first one, the system thinks I do not want an answer anymore. If I add two updates to an open ticket, the system automatically closes it. That’s why I am writing my feedback here, because I don’t want my open ticket to close just because I open a new one.
So.. i have a feedback about the scheduled live feature. If I set up a scheduled live (for example, for next weekend, to tell my audience about an important event in advance), the system does not let me start a normal live before that scheduled time. But the point of a scheduled live is to warn my audience ahead, while I still want to do my regular daily live streams. Right now, if I schedule a live, the system says I already have a scheduled live, and then I cannot start a normal live.
I would like it if I could start normal live streams even when I have scheduled live events, so I can warn my audience about important events and still do my regular daily lives. It is possible in the next update please? Thanks
Hi botor,
Thank you very much for your feedback and for taking the time to explain the situation in detail. I really appreciate your kind words about the script.
Regarding the ticket system, thank you for pointing this out. I reviewed the issue you mentioned and I have already updated the ticket system tonight. The problems you described have been resolved, and several improvements have been added to make the support system more convenient and flexible for users.
About the scheduled live feature, thank you for the suggestion. Your use case makes perfect sense. Scheduling a live stream should allow creators to announce an upcoming event in advance while still being able to run their regular daily live streams.
I have noted your request and will evaluate the best way to adjust this behavior so that having a scheduled live event does not prevent starting normal live streams. I will try to include this improvement in a future update.
Thank you again for your valuable feedback and support. Suggestions like yours help improve the platform for everyone.
Have a great day.

Dizzy 5.3.9 Update Announcement
Hello everyone,
I am happy to announce the Dizzy 5.3.9 update.
This release is one of the most comprehensive updates for Dizzy so far and focuses on four major areas: platform stability, creator monetization, admin control, and frontend/backend user experience improvements.
Version 5.3.9 introduces new payment gateway integrations, a stronger account deletion and data-management workflow, major inline video playback improvements, expanded OBS controls, a more advanced moderator permission system, wider payout coverage, better live streaming controls, deeper campaign donation management, improved PWA behavior, stronger admin tools, and many UI/UX refinements across the platform.
Account Deletion & Data Management
A complete account deletion workflow has been added to improve compliance and user control over personal data.
Users can now request permanent account deletion from a dedicated settings area. This system includes a 14-day grace period, which means users can still cancel the deletion process simply by logging in again during that period.
Before confirming deletion, users can also export their personal data, including profile-related information, payment history, and payout records.
On the admin side, Dizzy now includes a global account deletion automation control and secure cron-based processing support. The full deletion flow and interface were also redesigned to provide a cleaner and more professional experience.
New Payment Gateway Integrations
Dizzy 5.3.9 significantly expands monetization options with two important payment gateway integrations.
YooKassa (YooMoney) is now integrated natively for both one-time payments and subscription payments. This integration includes secure webhook validation, subscription intent handling, renewal flow support, improved payment tracking, and a dedicated admin management page for live/test credentials, webhook configuration, and gateway controls.
EPOCH payment gateway support has also been added. This includes hosted checkout flow support, webhook/postback verification, subscription lifecycle handling, refund and chargeback mapping, configurable admin settings, and gateway diagnostics logging for easier payment monitoring and troubleshooting.
Together, these additions improve global payment flexibility and give platform owners more monetization coverage across different regions and business models.
OBS Overlay Management Improvements
The OBS overlay system has been expanded with stronger admin-side control.
Admins can now enable or disable the OBS module globally, define the maximum number of active overlays per creator, and optionally enable automatic revocation of the oldest overlay when the creator limit is reached.
A dedicated OBS overlays management page was also added to the admin panel, allowing admins to review creator details, token information, statuses, and creation/update dates in a more organized way.
Major Inline Video Experience Upgrade
The feed video experience has been significantly improved.
Single-video feed posts now play directly inline when the play button is clicked, instead of forcing users into a popup flow. Playback behavior has been refined with better responsiveness, cleaner rendering, improved progress-bar scrubbing, stronger control stability, global mute synchronization, and visibility-based pause/resume behavior when users scroll or switch tabs.
Additional polish was also added for expand controls, sticky desktop controls, and cleaner playback transitions for a more modern and professional media experience.
Sidebar & Navigation Improvements
The left and right sidebar areas were refined to improve balance, readability, and consistency.
This includes cleaner typography, better icon sizing, improved sticky behavior, removal of redundant live-stream shortcuts, more stable first-paint rendering, cleaner profile-card styling, and reduced mobile horizontal overflow on smaller screens.
Advanced Moderator Permission System
Dizzy 5.3.9 introduces a much more advanced moderator role and permission system.
Admins can now assign users to the Moderator role and manage permissions in a more granular way through page-level access controls and page-action level authorizations.
The moderator permission management interface was also redesigned into a clearer and more professional structure with compact cards, section counters, bulk actions, and inline descriptions that make each permission easier to understand before assignment.
Night Mode Expansion
Night mode support has been completed or significantly improved across many admin areas.
This includes Boost Package Settings, Custom Colors, Custom CSS/JS, SVG Icons, Profile Categories, Community Management, License Activation, and many other admin surfaces. Additional fixes were also applied to remove remaining light-theme inconsistencies and improve visual parity across dark-mode pages.
Campaign Donations Improvements
The campaign donation system has been expanded and integrated more deeply into the platform.
Campaign donations now support all active payment methods, appear in user payment history, contribute to dashboard earnings calculations, and are manageable from a dedicated admin page.
Admins can now review campaign donation records with search and date filtering, while users benefit from clearer donation validation, point-to-currency helper notes, and a cleaner donation modal layout.
Registration, Agency & Onboarding Enhancements
This update also introduces configurable registration role modes and onboarding intent improvements.
Admins can now control signup role availability through dedicated registration role settings. Support was also added for onboarding intent handling for user, agency, and creator flows, along with improved approval behavior for agency-related onboarding and automatic creator-ready upgrades when configured.
Community Subscription Management
Dizzy now includes dedicated admin pages for community subscriptions and community payments.
These new areas provide improved visibility into community-related payment flows, subscription states, and filtering tools, including scope, status, and date-range filtering. Payment tracking and invoice assignment consistency were also improved for successful community subscription transactions.
Live Streaming Improvements
Live streaming received important stability and control upgrades.
Admins can now independently enable or disable Live Poll, Live Gift, Live Q&A, and Live Chat from the admin panel. These controls are enforced on both the frontend and the related APIs.
The mobile live publishing and viewer experience was also improved with more resilient device initialization, better remote audio playback handling, improved layout behavior, and more compact creator-side control presentation.
Live gift animations were also redesigned to render more cleanly in the center of the video area with smoother motion and more polished timing.
PWA Improvements
Dizzy 5.3.9 introduces a better Progressive Web App experience for mobile users.
The platform now includes a dedicated mobile-first PWA installation prompt, improved Android install flow support, better iOS guidance, corrected manifest base-path handling for subdirectory installations, and improved cache-busting behavior to help users receive the latest install experience after deployment.
Browser Web Push Expansion
Browser web push support was expanded to include admin announcements with audience-aware targeting, including announcement delivery for everyone or creators only.
The related admin save flow was also improved so configuration values and event triggers are stored more reliably.
Admin Panel Improvements
Many admin-side improvements were included in this release.
These include a more compact top header tools area, a cleaner Pending Tasks flow, improved System Health dropdown styling, integrated admin left-menu search with autocomplete suggestions, better active-state behavior, stronger dark-mode parity, and more polished spacing throughout the admin interface.
Expanded Creator Payout Options
Creator payout options were expanded with support for Payoneer, Zelle, Western Union, Bitcoin, and Mercado Pago.
Dedicated payout destination fields were added for each method, and withdrawal requests now store payout destination snapshots for stronger payout-time auditing and better admin review accuracy.
Live Interaction Controls
Admin live-stream settings now include separate toggles for Poll, Gift, Q&A, and Chat modules.
This allows platform owners to tailor the live experience more precisely depending on their business needs, moderation strategy, or community preferences.
Chat Moderation & Reported Messages
A dedicated chat moderation and reported-messages workflow was added.
Users can now report messages, and admins/moderators can review those reports from a dedicated moderation page. The interface includes better message presentation, direct message context, optional moderator notes, and notification support for report resolution states.
Invoicing & Payment Consistency Improvements
Several improvements were made to invoicing behavior and payment consistency across the platform.
Completed point-wallet sales are now treated as invoiceable payments, payment-success flows now backfill missing invoice metadata when needed, and payment history screens now present invoice availability in a cleaner and more consistent way.
LiveKit & Giphy Improvements
This release also includes technical improvements for LiveKit and Giphy.
LiveKit video call and live room handling were improved to use the correct provider WebSocket URL, bind participant events earlier, and surface clearer startup error messages for issues related to HTTPS, tokens, microphone, or camera access.
Giphy support was also improved by adding a dedicated GIF search bar and enabling keyword-based server-side search instead of relying only on trending content.
Summary
Dizzy 5.3.9 is a major update that brings important improvements across monetization, moderation, creator tools, admin flexibility, UI quality, live streaming, and platform reliability.
This version was built to make Dizzy stronger, more scalable, and more professional for real-world creator platforms.
Thank you for your continued support.
