We are currently experiencing an issue in our LMSZAI LMS platform regarding course renewal and course listing. Whenever a student’s course expires and the same course is renewed, the system adds the same course again instead of updating the existing enrollment. As a result, the same course appears multiple times for the same student.
This problem occurs in both the web platform and the mobile application. After several renewals, students can see the same course repeated many times in their dashboard, which creates confusion and makes the course list messy.
We would like your guidance on the following points:
How can we prevent the duplication of courses when a student renews the same course?
Is it possible for the system to extend the existing enrollment instead of creating a new one?
If duplication cannot be avoided, can expired courses be automatically hidden from the student dashboard?
Is there any setting or configuration available to manage course renewal without creating duplicate entries?
Kindly suggest the proper solution or the recommended method to handle course renewals without duplicating courses.

Why We do not have the ability to add courses through super admin account?
In LMSZai, the Super Admin account is designed strictly for platform-level management rather than content creation, where organizations and instructors operate independently; therefore, courses belong to specific organizations or instructors and can only be created by their respective organization admins or instructors, while the Super Admin focuses on system configuration, subscription management, feature control, security, and overall platform operations to ensure proper data separation, privacy, and scalable platform management.
What is SaaS concept? what does it do and what does it mean? why should I enable it on my platform?

what is the different if I disable SaaS Mode? I didn’t notice anything changed, the organization and instructors still can register and publish courses. Could you please clarify more?

the worst mistake i made was to buy this your script. How on earth would you expect me to pay for customisation for the email notification template that should be a basic part of a functional script? You even put your credit on a paid script and you expect further payment. Worst script ever bought. Demn!
Its very natural, you have to pay for the customization.
Its really impossible to sale this kinds of big software at only $49 and also offer free customization.
If you can’t afford the customization and if you can’t use this then ask refund. I will approve it.

Just don’t understand or can’t find more information about the purpose of the feature or how it works in the documentation; it’s just mentioned. Instructor Request is a link in the left menu of the Instructor Dashboard when you log in as an instructor.
