No, we dont support this, however you can customise the code to use it.

hello, for outbound calling, do you have phone number rotation ? once a phone number has done many phone calls, it end up being detected as a scam.. the phone number need to be rotated (changed) can this be done automatically ? thanks
No such feature is supported yet.
Purchased a few months ago and recall seeing somewhere free installation. Is that still in place as I may take it up to get this installed on my Plesk VPS server. If not, I’ll try the install and bug support until I figure it out.

In regards to the add-on has there been any thought or consideration to creating a module specifically for Perfex? If not I’d likely need some help to get this integrated with my Perfex installation. If I need to purchase the RestAPI add-on to do this let me know.

1️⃣ WhatsApp Calling Integration: I’d like to suggest adding WhatsApp calling support as a feature in AgentLabs.
Since ElevenLabs & Twilio & Now Whatsapp is already integrated and now supports more advanced real-time voice capabilities, this could be a very powerful addition. WhatsApp is widely used globally, and enabling AI voice calls through it would make the platform much more appealing and competitive in the market.
I noticed that ElevenLabs & Twilio seems to be supporting this direction, so I was wondering:
Will this be possible through a plugin or add-on?
Or is WhatsApp calling planned as part of a future core platform update?
This feature could significantly increase adoption, especially for businesses targeting international customers.
2️⃣ OpenRouter as LLM Provider It would also be very useful to integrate OpenRouter as an LLM provider.
Benefits:
Access to multiple AI models from a single API
Better cost optimization (switch between providers)
Flexibility for users to choose models based on performance or pricing
These additions would make AgentLabs more flexible, cost-efficient, and attractive for a wider range of users and agencies.
1. No whatsapp calling is not yet supported. Its still lot of compliance required for this so we will add this future for sure.
2. We are considering this for sure. Soon it will be part of Agentlabs.

Hello! I’m trying to get a Plivo account as an alternative to Twilio, but it seems there’s no way to actually create an account with them. Has anyone managed to sign up for Plivo or knows how to get an account?
Plivo is selective on the account approval. You can use SIP trunk.
From what I’m seeing, Plivo looks more like a competitor to us than a true service provider. It also seems they’re moving away from telephony and shifting toward offering the same type of service as AgentLabs. Because of that, we’re going to remove Plivo support entirely from the application. And I suggest you to do the same!

Congratulations on a great product. It’s however very critical at this point that your team considers real world profitability by those hoping to use this. This can TRULY ONLY be achieved when truly cost effective open source solutions like LIVEKIT are integrated. Their voices are already beginning to sound very human.
Let’s be honest, Elevenlabs is mighty fancy but is certain to burn such a hole through the pockets of purchasers that continuance is certain to be a problem.
Please take this suggestion EXTREMELY SERIOUSLY. Someone once mentioned this three months back. Now is the time to pay attention so some other team dosent deploy an alternative to your great product powered almost entirely by LIVEKIT and real world profitability enables them eat bigtime into your present and future marketshare.
Elevenlabs is not yet serious about mass adoption and their pricing only suits fancy product demos and Fortune 500 corporations in the real world use case.

Yes An AI Agent can transfer calls to Human agents, you need to add the number and AI will transfer the call on request.
Once Caller or you set to transfer the call, system will call you desired number and put you & caller on call.
