Dear Team AgentLabs,
Congratulations on a great product. It’s however very critical at this point that your team considers real world profitability by those hoping to use this. This can TRULY ONLY be achieved when truly cost effective open source solutions like LIVEKIT are integrated. Their voices are already beginning to sound very human.
Let’s be honest, Elevenlabs is mighty fancy but is certain to burn such a hole through the pockets of purchasers that continuance is certain to be a problem.
Please take this suggestion EXTREMELY SERIOUSLY. Someone once mentioned this three months back. Now is the time to pay attention so some other team dosent deploy an alternative to your great product powered almost entirely by LIVEKIT and real world profitability enables them eat bigtime into your present and future marketshare.
Elevenlabs is not yet serious about mass adoption and their pricing only suits fancy product demos and Fortune 500 corporations in the real world use case.

At this stage, our primary focus has been ensuring that AI voice calls sound natural and human-like, because in real-world calling scenarios, poor voice quality often leads to immediate call disconnections and low engagement rates. From our experience, providers like ElevenLabs currently offer some of the most reliable and natural-sounding voices for conversational AI, which is why we prioritized that integration.
That said, we completely understand the importance of cost efficiency and long-term profitability, especially for businesses planning to run AI voice operations at scale. Your point about open and cost-effective solutions such as LiveKit is valid, and we are actively evaluating additional providers and infrastructure options.
Our roadmap already includes plans to expand support for more voice providers, including Sarvam, Deepgram, and other emerging solutions. As the ecosystem evolves and more providers reach the required level of quality and stability, we intend to integrate them to give users greater flexibility in choosing the best balance between cost and performance.
For users with specific requirements or alternative infrastructure preferences, we also offer custom development and integration services, allowing businesses to adapt the platform to their own stack.

Yes An AI Agent can transfer calls to Human agents, you need to add the number and AI will transfer the call on request.
Once Caller or you set to transfer the call, system will call you desired number and put you & caller on call.
Can you connect with woocommerce for order info and appointments with google sheets?
You can use in-built webhook to send any data & buy our RestAPI plugin to trigger.

Can i change voice engine? Because i see OpenAI+Plivo voice is not good for indian customers and Elevenlab is costly. so instead of this can i use Deepgram or Sarvam AI Voice Engine by modifying code is there any possiblity? or do you plan to add in future or can do via Module?
You can customise the code if you want to add any additional voice engine.
We do have a plan to add deepgram in future updates after messaging plugin.

I am interested in purchasing your AgentLabs – AI Voice Calling Agents SaaS Platform, and I would like to confirm a few things before buying.
My goal is to use this system for hospital patient appointment booking through an AI voice agent.
I would like to know if the following workflow is possible with your script:
When a patient calls the AI phone number (inbound call), the AI agent answers the call and talks with the patient.
The AI asks the patient about:
Patient name
Preferred doctor
Preferred appointment date and time
After the patient confirms the details, the system records the appointment information.
Once the appointment is confirmed, the system can send confirmation to the patient via email or WhatsApp message.
Yes it is possible using Flow however email & whatsapp will be coming in 2 weeks as plugin. With this plugin, Agent will send the message with details.
Can I add generic sip trunks?

We will definitely bring new voice engine in future update however it is not yet finalized which one will be added.

is this a multi vendor SAAS where it is one big system and multiple users sign up and pay fees and they have their own dashboard? or The script is sigle vendor you set it up for indivisuals to use it ? How to test it a normal users and not admin?
Yes it is a SaaS with multi-tenancy, you will be the admin and your clients can use their own account with their data.
You can check admin demo with the credentials provided on the item description and for user demo, you need to create your own account using your email ID.
Please note that we dont provide working demo due to security purpose as it involves calling. However you can check calling quality on the demo website widget.
The UI of the landing page looks soo vibe coded and gives all the “AI made this”. it looks generic and not much thought put into it. I would appreciate if the landing page design took some thoughts and skill. Still I will buy it but the landing page looks soo generic and lazy design

How to update the product when there is new release
Upload latest code & unzip to your server and run below commands
1. cp .env.example .env (make sure to copy current .env for db url)
2. npm install
3. npm run db:push
4. npx tsx server/seed-all.ts
5. npm run build
6. pm2 start dist/index.js—name agentlabs (replace with your app name)
