Yes, the attendance module already supports Full Day and Half Day leave options.
When a teacher applies for leave:
If Full Day is selected → 1 leave is deducted
If Half Day is selected → 0.5 leave is deducted
The system automatically manages leave calculations based on the selected option.
2. Live Transport Tracking System
Currently, Google Maps live tracking is not enabled.
However:
The system shows stop-wise tracking status
Parents can see when the bus reaches a particular stop
Live GPS tracking using Google Maps is already planned and will be added in a future update.
3. Additional Question Types (Fill in the Blanks / Subjective)
At present, the online exam module supports MCQ-based questions only.
However:

are already planned and added to our future development roadmap.

You can create different roles
While creating a role, you can select which permissions/access should be given
After creating the role, you can assign it to staff members

So this functionality is already implemented and working in the product.
2. Language Translation Module
The language translation module is also already available in both:

When a student is added:
The admin selects an existing parent or creates a new one.
If the parent already exists, the new student is linked to the same parent.
This allows multiple students to be connected under one parent account.
When the parent logs in to the mobile app, they can view all their children in one place.
2. Health Information
Yes The system supports custom fields in the student registration form.
This means:
Schools can add fields such as allergies, medical conditions, disabilities, etc.
Admins can create or modify these fields as per their requirement.
3. Grade / Class Selection
Yes The system supports:
Kindergarten
Primary

Admins can create classes and sections from the school admin and assign students accordingly.
4. Student Association with Parent
Yes When adding a student:
Parent selection is mandatory

Currently, both the Student and Teacher forms contain some default fields that are required for all users. These are the essential fields needed for the system to function properly.
In addition to this, we have implemented a custom field feature at the school admin level. This allows each school to:
Add new custom fields as per their requirements
Decide whether a field should be required or optional
Collect additional information without affecting the core system
Maintain flexibility while keeping the system stable for future updates
This approach ensures:
No unnecessary customization in the core system
Full flexibility for schools
No impact on future updates or system stability

I checked the demo, but I do not see the National ID field that was shown in your video. It’s not something I’m interested in using; however, I’m wondering why the demo does not display that option.
I also noticed that the Guardian email field is required. I couldn’t find an option to make it optional. As I’ve mentioned before, giving users the ability to choose whether a field is required or not is very important and would significantly reduce the number of questions and requests.

Regarding the National ID field, the reason you are not seeing it in the demo is because the video was recorded on our development admin panel, where we had added a custom field manually for demonstration purposes. In the public demo version, we have restricted editing of such fields to avoid users adding or modifying random data, as the demo is used by multiple users.
However, in the actual system, you can create your own custom fields, including National ID or any other field, based on your requirement.
Regarding the Guardian Email field, this field is currently marked as required by default because it is considered an important data field in the system logic. At the moment, default fields cannot be changed from required to optional directly from the admin panel.
That said, if you want this behavior to be changed, we can definitely do it for you as a customization. We provide customization support where such fields can be made optional or configurable based on your needs.

1. Admission Number (Bulk Upload): The Admission Number is auto-generated by the system, so there is no need to enter it manually in the bulk upload file. The system ensures that each student gets a unique admission number automatically.
2. Guardian Email: Currently, a guardian email address is required by the system. However, the email does not need to be a real or active email address. You may use any placeholder email if the guardian does not have one.
Also, the same guardian email can be used for multiple students, so there is no restriction on using one email for multiple records.
3. Offline Payment Option: Yes, the offline payment feature is available in the system. You can record payments using Cash or Cheque methods from the admin panel. We have also shared a screen recording showing how offline payments work in the system.

Let me explain the purpose of the List Class Group section. This feature is primarily used to display the school’s main educational programs on your school’s website dashboard. Since we also display an image for each program on the website, we have kept the Image field mandatory in this section. Regarding your first point, you are absolutely correct. At present, we have not implemented a filter that allows users to view classes category-wise under Kindergarten, Primary, Elementary, or High School. This is a good suggestion, and I will discuss this requirement with my team so that we can consider adding this filtering feature in a future update.
However, implementing this structured grouping will require backend customization. Unfortunately, this cannot be achieved only through frontend changes or existing configurations, as it involves modifications to the system’s core logic and data structure.

2. Can we have a multi-domain system? (Example: example.eschool.com or example.ourschool.com) Yes, sir. Our system supports a multi-domain setup. Schools can choose between available domain names and use their preferred domain structure, such as example.eschool.com or example.ourschool.com.
3. For a custom domain, does the super admin need to do the setup? Or is there any video guide? For custom domains, the setup needs to be done from the domain provider’s dashboard (where the domain was purchased), such as GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.

When a teacher applies for leave:

The system automatically calculates and manages the leave balance.
8. For postpaid subscriptions, when does the user pay? In the postpaid model, charges are calculated based on active students and staff. The payment cycle depends on the billing day selected at the time of package creation, and payment is made according to that cycle.
9. When is the next discount available? Currently, there is no active sale or discount. We may offer a discount around mid-year, but it has not been finalized yet.

I’d like to inform you that after testing the v1.8.1 update, *none of the critical issues reported in v1.8 have been resolved. The following problems still persist:
1. Super Admin Panel: The ability to edit schools, activate/deactivate them, modify school admins, and assign custom packages is still missing. Only the delete option is available, just like in v1.8. School Registration Email: The email confirmation issue remains — still delayed or not working at all.
Unfortunately, it seems this patch hasn’t addressed the previously reported bugs. Kindly review these issues again, as we’re unable to proceed with onboarding schools until they’re fixed.

Each school in the eSchool system has its own dedicated admin panel. From the admin panel, there is a Web Settings section where each school can manage its own look and feel independently.
This allows you to:
Use different logos for each school
Set different theme colors
Customize the UI branding per school subdomain
So, if you have 10 schools in the same city, you can easily configure 10 different UI designs, while still using the same core system and backend.
