Currently, teachers and staff can view students’ ID cards, but they cannot view their own ID cards at the moment. This is a good suggestion, and we have noted it. I will inform my team, and we plan to add this feature in a future update.

Regarding certification after student graduation: at present, certificates are not auto-generated. The graduation process and certificate preparation must be handled manually by the admin from the admin panel.

1. For subdomain links for schools, will the link be available immediately? Yes, sir. We provide two types of domains in our system. For the default domain, the school subdomain becomes available immediately, and you can start using and redirecting it right away.

2. Can we have a multi-domain system? (Example: example.eschool.com or example.ourschool.com) Yes, sir. Our system supports a multi-domain setup. Schools can choose between available domain names and use their preferred domain structure, such as example.eschool.com or example.ourschool.com.

3. For a custom domain, does the super admin need to do the setup? Or is there any video guide? For custom domains, the setup needs to be done from the domain provider’s dashboard (where the domain was purchased), such as GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.

The super admin does not need to directly configure DNS from the server side. If required, you can contact us using the link mentioned below, and we will personally guide you step-by-step through the custom domain setup process.

Currently, students and parents can log in only via the mobile app. Website login for students and parents is not available at the moment. However, the student web version is almost completed and currently under testing, and we plan to launch it very soon.

2. Can a teacher view results of other students or only their assigned classes? A teacher can only view the results of students from their assigned classes or subjects. They do not have access to results of other classes.

3. Does the admin need to approve the teacher’s results, or are they published automatically? Yes, admin approval is required. After the teacher uploads students’ marks, the school admin reviews and publishes the results. Results are not published automatically by the teacher.

4. Who can create the timetable – Super Admin or Teacher? The school admin is responsible for creating and managing the timetable. Teachers can only view their assigned timetable.

5. How are students assigned to a particular vehicle or driver in the transportation module? From the admin panel:

First, create vehicles and drivers

Assign a route to the vehicle

Then assign students to the specific vehicle/route

6. How are alumni or graduated students managed? Alumni or graduated students are managed from the Reports section in the admin panel. Each academic year’s student data is stored there, so the admin can access all details and reports of graduated students whenever needed.

7. How does annual leave work, and what does 1.5 leave mean? In the admin panel, there is a Manage Leave Settings section where the admin can configure:

Total leaves per month

Holidays (e.g., Saturday, Sunday)

When a teacher applies for leave:

Full-day leave deducts 1 leave

Half-day leave deducts 0.5 leave

The system automatically calculates and manages the leave balance.

8. For postpaid subscriptions, when does the user pay? In the postpaid model, charges are calculated based on active students and staff. The payment cycle depends on the billing day selected at the time of package creation, and payment is made according to that cycle.

9. When is the next discount available? Currently, there is no active sale or discount. We may offer a discount around mid-year, but it has not been finalized yet.

A VPS with 16 GB RAM and 200 GB SSD/NVMe can comfortably handle approximately:

15–25 schools

2,000–3,000 students per school

This estimate assumes normal usage (student data, exams, uploads, assignments, images, etc.) and proper server optimization. Performance can vary slightly depending on traffic patterns and storage usage, but this configuration is considered safe and scalable.

Each school in the eSchool system has its own dedicated admin panel. From the admin panel, there is a Web Settings section where each school can manage its own look and feel independently.

This allows you to:

Use different logos for each school

Set different theme colors

Customize the UI branding per school subdomain

So, if you have 10 schools in the same city, you can easily configure 10 different UI designs, while still using the same core system and backend.

This makes the platform fully multi-school and brand-friendly, ensuring each school maintains its own identity.

1. Yes, the KVM 4 VPS plan should be sufficient to run around 10 schools with approximately 2,000 students each, provided the server is configured properly (queues, caching, storage, and optimization).

2. Regarding server migration, there is no special or complex migration process required. You simply need to:

i. Take a backup of the source code

ii. Take backups of all databases

iii. Restore them on the new VPS and update the server configurations

Because this is a standard server migration process, it has not been specifically mentioned in the documentation. However, we agree it would be helpful, and we will add a migration guide to the documentation in a future update.

All files and data are stored using the storage available on the purchased server itself.
