And also I am interested in the clarity of one of your add-on tools in the marketplace, i.e., the social media analytics. What other social analytics does it measure when using YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok (Those channels already have their social analytics addons)? Lastly, I like to believe that updating the StackPost from the marketplace is the same as downloading it from Envato and updating the software manually. I hope this update via the backend resolves issues and installed changelog because all it message was all the addons updated. Because the Twitter reconnection to an account keeps showing an error after it redirects back to the app channels page. Thanks

Our TikTok API application was rejected due to non-compliance with their UX Guidelines. Specifically, failed to demonstrate the full interaction between Commercial Content Disclosures and Privacy Settings even after 9.04 update .

We need to update our app’s posting flow to strictly mirror the requirements below. Please consider and Make sure to read from Point 1 -Point 5 in the Guideline. https://developers.tiktok.com/doc/content-sharing-guidelines?enter_method=left_navigation

1. Commercial Content Toggle & Logic Default State: The “Commercial Content” toggle must be OFF by default.

Selections: When toggled ON, two checkboxes must appear: [ ] Your Brand and [ ] Branded Content.

Validation: If the toggle is ON, the “Publish” button must be disabled until at least one checkbox is selected.

Hover State: If a user tries to publish with the toggle ON but no checkbox selected, show a tooltip: “You need to indicate if your content promotes yourself, a third party, or both.”

2. Labeling & Prompts The UI must display specific text based on the selection:

Your Brand selected: Show prompt: “Your photo/video will be labeled as ‘Promotional content’”

Branded Content selected: Show prompt: “Your photo/video will be labeled as ‘Paid partnership’”

Both selected: Show prompt: “Your photo/video will be labeled as ‘Paid partnership’”

3. Privacy & Visibility Interaction (Critical) TikTok does not allow “Private” (Only Me) visibility for Branded Content. We must implement one of the following:

Scenario A: If “Branded Content” is checked, the “Only Me” privacy option must be disabled/grayed out. Hovering over it should say: “Branded content visibility cannot be set to private.”

Scenario B: If the user has already selected “Only Me” and then checks “Branded Content,” the visibility must automatically switch to “Public,” and the user must be notified of the change.

4. Dynamic Legal Declarations The confirmation text at the bottom of the post screen must change based on the checkboxes:

Only “Your Brand”: “By posting, you agree to TikTok’s Music Usage Confirmation.”

“Branded Content” (or both): “By posting, you agree to TikTok’s Branded Content Policy and Music Usage Confirmation.”
