When is reffereal commission rewards module coming ? Where referals will earn SMS Units

We plan to release the Landing Page module shortly after the Eid vacation. After that, the Referral Commission Rewards module (where referrals can earn SMS units) will be released.
We expect this module to be available around the beginning of April.
Additionally, we are also working on the White-Label Reseller module, which is planned for release in April as well.

Pre Sale Question Hello, I was check your demo. I was add my sms server details and try. I was face an issue. I was add 2 sending server and add 2 different sender id. But the sender id haven’t have any selection option about the server. The both sender ids provided from different providers. If link these both for a specific customer, not work Any options to fix this. 2. Can I use this script for whitlabel reseller Like Admin > Reseller 1>client1 Admin > Reseller 1>client2 Admin > Reseller 2>client1

Regarding the sender ID configuration, I understand the scenario you described. Currently, assigning a specific sender ID based on an individual sending server is not supported in the system. I appreciate your feedback, and I have noted this as a feature request for future improvements.
Concerning the white-label reseller structure (Admin → Reseller → Clients), this functionality is planned for a future release. I am currently finalizing the Landing Page module, which is expected to be released within the next few days. After its release, development of the Reseller module will begin.

When contacts are imported into contact group via “PASTE TEXT” option.
That contact group cannot export the phone numbers.
Give it a test at your end and see.
You will get all the columns except the phone column will be empty with no phone numbers.
I hope you fix this in next update.

We have fixed this issue, and still fixing some other bugs including no option to set a plan as default plan, but in your db you have that column for plans table.
We are trying to add this in the frontend to allow admin to set a plan as default plan.
Also social sign in issue on google sign in so far the profile avatar wasn’t fetching and also it combines the first and last name to the first name field, instead of puthing them in their respective fields.
When we are done, I shall share or files with you to test and improve for next update.

Regarding Sender ID Plans, you can already manage them by removing an existing plan and creating a new one. Since Sender ID plans include pricing and billing cycle information, we intentionally did not add an edit option to avoid inconsistencies or billing issues.

To clarify, the uSupport – Support Ticket Plugin is not free. It still requires a separate purchase. I have checked the Envato files, and the uSupport plugin is not included in the Ultimate SMS package by default.
If you are referring to what you saw on the demo site, please note that the demo displays all available features, including add-ons, with a “PRO” label. These features are shown for demonstration purposes only. In order to use uSupport in your own installation, the plugin must still be purchased and installed separately.
If you have seen the plugin available for free somewhere else, could you please share a screenshot or link? This will help me verify and address the issue properly.

Fix the AUTOMATIONS
You get this erro even when you have a date field;
Oops..!! The selected contact group does not have any data for the birthday message. Go to your contact groups and add date of birth for your contacts.
Also allow for current year dates so that it can be used for purposes like hospital reveiw date reminders and current year reminders.

I need to be very clear, as this same point has been explained to you repeatedly.
First of all, please specify which exact customizations you are referring to. The features you are mentioning already exist in the default Ultimate SMS version. If you believe otherwise, you must provide clear proof (screenshots or documentation) showing that these features are not available in the standard version. Without evidence, your claim is not acceptable.
Secondly, you performed multiple customizations on your own. These include:
- Open rate calculation logic
- A custom campaign builder preview instead of the default one
- Additional left-side menu links
Since these modifications were not done by our team, we are not responsible for any issues arising from them after the upgrade. This is clearly stated in our support terms and conditions.
Because of these self-made changes, it is not technically possible to upgrade your application safely by manually modifying every affected file. Expecting us to do so is unreasonable and outside the scope of support.
This has been communicated to you consistently for the past four years: If Ultimate SMS does not meet your expectations, you are fully entitled to request a refund. This option has been offered to you multiple times, yet you have chosen not to accept it. You cannot refuse a refund and at the same time demand unlimited custom development and risk-free upgrades.
To be absolutely clear:
- We agreed to install the uSupport plugin only
- We did not agree to upgrade your core application
- If the application is upgraded, your custom changes will be lost
- In that case, you will need to reapply your customizations yourself
A backup has already been taken, as mentioned. However, any future data loss caused by self-made customizations is your responsibility, not ours.
Please note:
If you continue to raise the same claims without evidence or ignore our explanations, we will not be able to continue responding to repeated arguments on this matter.

Open rate calculation logic its 30 minutes of work can you leave it as it is withpout loosing i give you the lists of changed files few weeks back on some ticket.
A custom campaign builder preview instead of the default one (you can replace this option with yours no problem if is not options to not leave it as it is)
Additional left-side menu links: is 3 minutes of work to add back, but if possible not to lost it will be ok. Please lets discuss on ticket before anything. Thank you.

Thank you for the important suggestion. We were planning to release the update today; however, we will include the “Non-Expiry” billing cycle option for Sender ID plans (similar to subscription plans) and release the update tomorrow instead.
Regarding sub-accounts, here is how they work:
- By default, a sub-account uses SMS units from the parent account’s balance.
- The parent account can top up the main balance, and the sub-account will consume units from it automatically.
- If needed, a sub-account can also subscribe to its own plan, independent of the parent account.
This setup gives flexibility to manage usage centrally or separately, depending on your business requirements.

Great, that way you need to do the following;
—Parent account should be able to allocate units / balance for a particular sub account from the parent account balance.
—Or best, do the credit transfer feature where users can send units to other users from their balance effortlesly.
This way parent account can control the usage of his units by sub accounts.

Please we are waiting for the Referal Comission Feature, you can make it an Add-on if possible but it is a basic feature common on most SMS Platforms. Just a reward feature for customers when they refer their friends to the system they get Free Units. And add Redeem Featur for them to redeem SMS units to Cash to be paid out to them.

Hi, I’m experiencing an issue with MMS campaigns. When I send a quick MMS message, both the text and the attached image are delivered correctly. However, when I create a campaign using the MMS option, only the text is sent — the image is not included. In the campaign report, the message type shows as SMS (plain) even though MMS was selected in the campaign builder.
I would really appreciate some guidance on how to troubleshoot and permanently fix this issue. Thank you.

Hi, how are you? I need to set up plans based on pay-as-you-go. Example customer buys 500units/sms, they instantly reflect on their balances and don’t expire.
I don’t want to set up subscription plans that expire monthly or yearly. How do i do this?
