Which kind of image file is this system supporting
This system supports common image file formats such as .jpg, .jpeg, .png, etc.
we trying to paid one invoice changing droplist and not save or work. from customer client.. i found this icon over invoices list but when i try to use have this error.. on laravel.log

Hello. Just a pre-sale question. I cannot see a way to create a credit memo (credit note) for an invoice. It’s an important future for accounting. There is no way to add a debit memo as well. Also, it would be great if you could create an invoice without adding pre-saved products—just empty fields for products and services.
Currently, we do not support credit notes. You can add details using the Notes option. Also, invoices cannot be created with empty product fields; products must be selected from pre-saved items.

Sir this is something complex thing to integrate with stripe, as our stripe is right now works with checkout so ..
and we think that you can enabled from your stripe setting directly.
But depending on which Stripe API you use, I don’t know if it’s the same as MercadoPago’s. I’ll explain: the MercadoPago API that foreign developers from other countries use in their systems doesn’t have integration with Brazil’s PIX system and doesn’t activate that function for us. I don’t know if Stripe is the same way, which is why I asked before. My system is down just because of this.
I made 1 star review and the response was that I should create a ticket in the support system… well, I did create several tickets in the past but all was more or less rejected.
The app is based on Laravel 11, which reached end of support in September 2025, and will only receive security updates till March 2026.
It is a legal requirement in many countries (All in EU) to have sequential invoice numbering – I reported that 7/3/2025 and the response was that there was no plans to implement this.
If you download the app today and try to install it you will find that in the asset dependencies (NPM packages) have 6 vulnerabilities (1 low, 2 moderate, 2 high, 1 critical)
Running the composer outdated command, will give you a list of dependencies that is outdated – now, that might not be critical, but it shows that the app is far from up to date.
There are no test included which means that if I do a customisation I cannot test if I break existing functionality.
Running static analysis like LaraStan exposes several potential errors – now, that is NOT to say that there is xxx number of bugs, but even on level 2 there is 158 ‘issues’ and on level 9 1204 issues. Laravel is unofficially on level 5-7, this app on level 5 gives 278 issues.

Invoice Export & Delivery – Can the system export invoices (PDF or other formats) and send them automatically to the client by email or link?
Company Seal (Stamp) – Is it possible to upload my company seal (PNG file) so that every invoice sent to the client includes the stamp automatically?
Tax and VAT Support – Does the system support Value Added Tax (VAT) calculation? – Can I add my company’s Tax/VAT Number to appear on invoices? – Can I also add the client’s VAT Number when issuing an invoice?

- no, it will not auto send invoices - you can not upload company seal - yes, vat supported - we have basic reports, not advanced - No, that is not specific for OMAN - we don’t have mobile app and not even planning for it yet

1. Right now, we dont have that feature which shows product description on Quetes/ Invoice module
2. At the listing, click on the three dots in the dropdown. Select ‘Quote URL,’ paste the URL, and the PDF will open.

We have removed Twilio integration. You can now directly send invoices and quotes via WhatsApp.
