Enable MLM Admin in Add-Ons, keep MLM Vendor disabled, then set your commission levels under Marketing → MLM → Levels — those levels apply automatically to all vendor campaigns without vendors seeing or controlling anything. If you do have your own store, you dont have to use the store module at all, and you can simply disable it from the admin panel.

- Suppliers can upload and manage their own products
- Admin approval required before any product goes live
- Each supplier manages their own wallet and earnings independently
- Supplier products appear in one shared central marketplace/store
- Admin controls commission rates and whether vendor products are visible on the main store
- Two store display modes available: Cart mode (traditional ecommerce) and Classified/Sales mode
- Admin can toggle vendor products on/off from the main catalog entirely with one setting
❌ Not currently supported (requires custom development):
- Hiding individual vendor/supplier store pages — each vendor currently gets their own public store URL
- A dedicated “supplier only” role (product upload + wallet, no storefront)
- Globally hiding supplier/vendor names from product listings
- A pure single-brand experience where all products appear under one brand with no supplier attribution (SHEIN-style)

Quick clarification — in this platform, affiliates share tracking links to promote your products and earn commissions. They do not have their own separate stores.
If you want your team members to each have their own store with products and payment links, they would need to be set up as Vendors — which is fully supported (yoursite.com/store/member1, yoursite.com/store/member2).
Could you clarify — do you want your team to promote your products (affiliates), sell their own products (vendors), or both?

the new store page shown in demo is not shown after installing the new version, its only the old store design, let me know if i need to change the store design option anywhere, i dont find any option to change to new store design.

Even the buttons in admin are in blue, do i have option to change colors directly from any option.? In the new theme 3dot drop downdown menu is not working, not even working in your demo. The new store theme does not have any color change control, but you can consider hire local developer to do that on your end or contact our team to get a price for that job.

I would like to clarify that I am not requesting technical support. My request is solely for a license reset so that I can install the software on my current domain.
The domain previously associated with my license no longer belongs to me, and for this reason I am unable to deactivate the license from the former installation. However, I legally purchased the license and remain the rightful owner.
As a valid license holder, I should be able to activate the product on my current domain. This request is unrelated to documentation, configuration, or software assistance.
I accessed the customer portal you mentioned, but I did not find any option to request a license reset directly. The only available option appears to be opening a support ticket, which requires Premium Support activation. Since this matter concerns license ownership and activation rights — not technical support — I believe it should not require a paid support plan.
Please advise on how we can proceed with the license reset so I can continue using the product I have legitimately purchased.

I would like to correct my previous message.
After accessing the customer portal again, I realized that the license was already deactivated. For this reason, the deactivate option was not displayed to me initially.
Since the license status was inactive, I proceeded with the installation on my current domain and it worked successfully. The license is now active, and the deactivate option is visible as expected.
The process is well implemented and effectively automates what is a legitimate user right. It is now much clearer and more efficient than I initially understood.
I mistakenly assumed that I would need to purchase premium support to request a reset, which was not the case. I appreciate the clarification.
Congratulations on the improvements. I will soon take the time to explore the system in depth and review all the updates and enhancements introduced since 2022 — there have clearly been many positive developments.
