Could you please test for conflict by disabling all other plugins except WooCommerce and our plugin, then check whether the behavior persists when you enable/disable High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS)?

After notice the problem I enabled HPOS, try many variations of seting – synchro, legacy…. But the orders always dont have variations….

Next I notice, variations only fixed if add new product with same variations…

Thank you for the reply. I have correctly set variation image with each variation but the main image of the product does not change as I a select a variation swatch on shop/archive/search page. It is working fine on single product page. It is working correctly in a few products but not all while all products are created consistently and each one have proper variation image set.

Is there any solution to this problem?

By default, the plugin displays variations as buttons. To clarify, lifetime updates and lifetime automatic updates are different. We provide lifetime updates, meaning you can always download the latest version of the plugin from your Envato account.

if you do not provide lifetime automatic update, why are you annoying us displaying this message “Hello! Your WooCommerce Product Variations Swatches Premium has expired so you no longer receive automatic updates as well as support”. ????

The plugin itself comes with lifetime updates, but automatic updates are linked to an active support period. If your support has expired, you can still update manually anytime. The message simply states that automatic updates and support require an active license. You can still download manually whenever a new version is available.

I’ve been using this plugin since 2020, and all the time there was a bug of some sort, where I had to find a workaround to be able to add Attributes. Overall the plugin is fine, but way too many bugs for a premium plugin. Disappointing to say the least.

Hello. Thanks for your reply, sorry for the delayed response. I’m working it out. Documentation is vague on use scenarios, but that’s normal these days it seems. Overall I’m liking it enough to consider buying another premium license for my other store (as well as the dropship and fulfill). It’s a lot of trial and error but, like I said, I’m working it out. Will contact if I run into any real issues that slow me down ‘too’ much. Thanks again.
