Need design file + placement preview (simple solution required)

Hi,

I am contacting you regarding WC Designer Pro. I have a specific requirement and I need a simple solution.

My customers need to receive both of the following:

The design file alone (SVG / PDF / PNG) for printing

A visual preview showing the exact placement of the design on the product (T-shirt mockup)

At the moment, the plugin only allows one or the other depending on the settings:

If I enable hiding background/overlay → only the design is exported

If I disable it → only the mockup with the product is exported

So it is not possible to get both at the same time.

The suggested solution using JSON is not usable in my case. My customers are not technical and cannot work with JSON files or external tools.

I need a simple and automatic workflow, where both files are generated and accessible:

Ideally in the order Or in the customer account Or available for the admin

Could you please let me know:

If there is a built-in way to generate both outputs? Or the recommended workflow to achieve this?

This is essential for production, as the printer needs the design file AND the placement reference.

I purchased WooCommerce Designer Pro on CodeCanyon and I currently have active support.

I need the version of the plugin that includes the feature to show BOTH buttons on the product page: - Add to Cart - Personalize

My current CodeCanyon version only replaces the Add to Cart button, and does not include the dual-button option.

Can you please provide: 1. The correct upgraded version that includes the dual-button feature 2. The cost (if any) to upgrade from my existing license 3. The download link or instructions to install the upgraded version

This is the best designer I’ve used, but lately it will not save the design. I have gone through and turned off most plugins to see which one wasn’t playing well with yours. I just do the spinning thing when saving and never save. I just downloaded the latest version and It is still not saving the design,

PRESALE QUESTION: Some of these tools leave massive amounts of data in the Uploads dir which is why we stopped using them. Does this tool clean up files after order completion or at least provide a clean up option/tool for past jobs? Thx!

hello, I am using your product an actually, it is a great product.

But I have a question regarding multiple images of the same size using the same parameters instead of adding design images item separately for each size of design. for example, I uploaded a 6” x 9” Christmas card. I have several of the same size with deferent designs. How can i upload all of the same design and size to one single design instead of uploading each one as a separate file for all the same design and size.

actually, I am trying to explain this for you to understand however, I do know how differently I can do that. Hopefully, you will understand it the way I explained it here.

I purchased WooCommerce Designer Pro from CodeCanyon and recently downloaded the ZIP from my account. However, the plugin folder appears to be missing several critical files and subfolders, including:

functions.php

shortcodes.php or /shortcodes/

init.php or main.php

/layouts/, /config/, and /templates/

Because of this, the [wcdp_editor] shortcode doesn’t render anything, and the Designer page shows a blank screen. I’ve also checked my older backups and previous plugin versions, but none of them contain the full structure.

Could you please confirm the correct folder structure and send me a complete, working version of the plugin ZIP?

We are currently using WC Designer Pro v1.9.32 (released November 2025). I am the web support person assisting with this site, though I am not using the original purchase account.

In December 2025, we noticed a suspicious file uploaded under the plugin’s temp directory, for example:

/wp-content/uploads/wcdp-uploads/temp/{dynamic-folder}/shell.png

Although the file had a .png extension, inspection showed it contained PHP code, suggesting a potential issue with file upload validation in that version.

I see that v1.9.33 was released in December 2025. Could you please confirm:

a) Does v1.9.33 include fixes related to file upload security, such as stricter MIME type and extension validation?

I’d like to confirm whether upgrading to v1.9.33 fully addresses this issue, or if additional steps are recommended.

Hi, I recently purchased your WooCommerce Designer Pro plugin. I am importing shirts from Printful into my store. I want each shirt to be customizable so that the client can select the color of the shirt they want and then design it. How can this be made possible in your design studio? I am tired from trying so hard; I don’t see any solution.

Issue: Error while saving design in Designer

Hi, I’m facing an issue in the Designer page. When I try to save or proceed with the design, a popup appears saying “There was an error in the process, please try again.”

This happens consistently and prevents saving or adding the design to cart.

Please let me know how to fix this or if any configuration is missing.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with the use of the module.

When a customer places an order containing a single product, they receive the order details with the correct product title and image.

However, when an order contains multiple products, the product titles displayed in the order details are correct, but the image shown is always the same as the first product’s image. As a result, the image does not match the actual product.

If the order contains several items, only one identical image is displayed for all products, even though they are different.

How can this issue be fixed?

Greetings. I purchased the plugin believing that the calendar option provided the possibility of configuring 12 sides of the product, but I saw that this possibility does not exist. I also tried to set up a sample product, but the plugin keeps running trying to save my project but accomplishing nothing. I consider the product not suitable for my needs and I kindly ask for the order to be canceled and for a refund. Thank you.

I’d like to disable the IMAGE TAB, in the WP Designer Pro interface so that users cant upload images to the editor. I just want only the ClipArts and Shapes to be enabled. I want ti disable the IMAGE TAB i dont want the users to be able to upload images.
